Inch Autos レビュー

I bought bmw lights for my f30. They are NOT can bus free. Car sings me a song every time I turn it on with all of the error codes

The earpiece is very uncomfortable to wear compared to one of another brand that I had and the sound quality isn’t as good. I’m sending it back. Also I can’t contact the seller via a call which is disappointing

did as i wanted, great value

I ordered lights for my f30 and only half came about a week later, after continuous phone calls they eventually answered and said they’d sort it. So I left it another few days and no sign of it, I called again and got the same response. Then two weeks later I recieved the other lights and in fairness they through in two chargers and a usb plug for the car.
Customer service wouldn’t be great but atleast I got my lights in the end.

Sent wrong lights , tried to resolve over email but after 2 or 3 emails I never got a reply even after asking for a phone number to ring. Lights themselves are the best I’ve seen , customer service is appalling and if you want to return anything you will not get a reply .

Ordered light kit and missing lights.Contacted them about and they never sent me out the lights.

All very good

My order was originally wrong which was probably my own fault I contacted them and they sent the proper item In 2 days .5 star

Great product, very fast. Cheers

Great customer service. They accidentally sent out the wrong size wheel cap. Within 5 mins of me informing them they had the right size sent which was delivered the next day. Will be buying from Inch Autos again

Wrong item sent and no response to my email or phone call regarding the item being replaced or refunded.

Quick response

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I received the wrong lights that I ordered and have been attempting to sort the issue for over a month. Firstly, I was having to send numerous emails and chats on the online shop as I wasn’t receiving an answer. Now, I believe I have been blocked as neither my emails or the online shop chat is working for me, all because I was wanting what I ordered and paid for!! Would not recommend in the slightest!

On time great products

Bulbs arrived in good time all good. Thanks.

I struggled to see with my previous LEDs and these LEDs we’re definitely a good choice they are reasonably priced and definitely enhance your view of the road at night time making for a safer journey I wasn’t sure if they were going to be like in the pictures for videos they have but but I can guarantee that the videos are accurate

First class. Everything perfect and speedy delivery.

Very efficient
