Excellent service from first contact with this company, Shaun arrived on time, he was professional and a very pleasant man. Inspection and report completed within a few days. No hassle whatsoever I can highly recommend this company.

I was late paying the invoice by 2 weeks and they instructed a debt collection agency that tried to pursue me for the debt and added 20% charge onto my invoice. They pursued me under Late Payment of Commercial Debts Regulations when this was clearly in my name as an individual consumer on my residential property. Not a very consumer friendly approach at all - and trying to bully me with debt collectors is just really aggressive and unnecessary. The debt collection agency has suggested that the regulations apply because I may have a paying guest at some future stage - it would be funny if it wasn't an abuse of the regulations. I'll be reporting the debt collection agency to the financial ombudsman.

Really quick response - and really helpful to have the actions communicated immediately so we could start planning actions.

I recently had a Fire Risk Assessment done in our HMO by Mark, and he was extremely helpful, thorough, and reasonable. Initially, I wasn't sure if an assessment was necessary, but Mark pointed out several obvious and important improvements needed in our property that I would have never noticed. We're currently working through the list of actions he provided, which are very well explained, and I feel much more confident that we have a safe house for our lodgers. I reached out to Mark to discuss some alternative solutions based on what we found in the market, and he promptly replied and offered further assistance. I highly recommend his services and can guarantee that it's money well spent.
