Ordered on the 7th Jan
Ordered on the 7th Jan. Marked as dispatched. No contact. I phoned on the 16th to be told it didn't go out as they were damaged. Now waiting on your stock to be shifted around with Glasgow. Why couldn't they send it to me directly. No contact or updates since that phone call and I'm still waiting. This is a £15k project that I have a deadline for and this has caused considerable delays. Pretty poor service and it would make me seriously consider using indespension again in the future.

Great customer service, received a link for the product I was looking for immediately which was dispatched quickly.
