WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
Customer service is great. But it ought to be considering the lead time.
Staff failed to order the part in a timely manner, adding to the manufacturer of the part pushing the job back too and now im looking at a lead time of at least 2 months. Going to stick with it to see the product quality which at this point had better be amazing.

Indespension's website is very easy to navigate. A comprehensive stock of parts that are well described. Competitive prices and good quality products. Items received two days after ordering on a Sunday!

Ordered online a replacement jockey wheel 13th May, received an email on 17th stating they had no stock,called and cancelled order and asked for refund,chased refund on 23rd,never received refund and lo and behold on 12/6 received the order which on inspection does not look the same quality as wheels I used to get from Northampton depot which is now closed for "refurbishment" according to the sign outside (looks abandoned with no signs of work)

One of the lamp lenses is faulty (unable to remove a screw) and have been promised a call back by Quality. Haven't received a call or replacement lamp lense.
Not a high value item but it's a shame to see customers treated in this manner.

Outstanding service from Clair at the Portsmouth branch.
A lot to check when replacing my old boat trailer so Clair asked for photos so she could source the correct one. I had plenty of stupid questions and she was really professional and pleasant answering on the phone and via email.
Trailer delivered to branch sooner than expected, a bonus.
The visit to the branch to collect was a delight.
Clair and Ken went above and beyond. Welcoming, professional and fun.
I drove away overwhelmed by the service delivered by them.

I had a towbar fitted to a brand new Tiguan. Couldn’t have been happier with the service. Prior to my appointment the team were happy to answer all my questions and help identify exactly which towbar and electrics setup would suit my needs. The team were quick with the installation and kept me updated with progress all the way. Excellent clean job and full explanation of how to remove/refit towbar, and also how it interacted with the cars electronics (like the rear parking sensor). Professional and really nice to deal with. Would definitely recommend!!

Been promised a phone call back several times. Managed to get one on the last call. Sent out wrong product (not even close) and now still waiting a returns label and refund. Terrible service on all accounts.

I booked in for a towbar fitting on my new car in late January. I went in for the appointment and was met by extremely helpful and friendly staff. After about 10 minutes, i was asked if i had just bought the car as they had found an issue when going to take off the bumper. They showed me the issue with the bumper and said they could continue but it could damage the bumper. I decided to postpone until the dealership could rectify the issue. They could not have been more helpful with this. They kept the job open whilst i got the work done and 3 weeks later i was back and had my towbar fitted.
Throughout the entire process, the whole team were extremely accommodating, friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend using Indespension Portsmouth and will be back with all my towing needs in the future.
