Had a challenge with my order because after placing it one of the parts was out of stock. I called them today and spoke to Josh who was really helpful, offered a part shipment and to help with the missing part and said he would call back with a solution. Guess what, he did and it is all sorted.

Ordered a spare wheel for my boat trailer over the weekend, unfortunately out of stock and needed urgently for a road trip. Staff firstly attempted to source from another branch, however, arrived in stock so sent out next day delivery. Excellent communication from the team and responded promptly to emails and phone calls. Highly recommended.

What a first class exeprience. Phoned Claire on Monday, visited yesterday, was given a full explanation of what suited my needs best fro ma great selection. I chose a new 12 x 6 Goods trailer with ramp, wanted the LED light upgrade, which was catered for whithin the hour and then shown through all connections, security, hitching on & off and other features before leaving with my new trailer. Thoroughly recommended, Claire and team go the extra mile.

Ordered a replacement axle, waited 4 weeks before I had to phone to find out when it would be ready!was told it’s already here,travelled 64 miles to pick it up ,I arrived at Manchester road,only to find out it was the wrong axle! Salesman said it’s the correct part as we have checked against serial number! He said take it and you will find that it fits correctly! I took it ,and guess what ,it was 10 cm too short! I was told ,well it will take 3/4 weeks to get a replacement axle ! How can my business work without a trailer for 2 months (another 4 weeks for the second axle to be sorted)and they no longer galvanise the axles.my original is galvanised!can someone explain why your competitors galvanise axles and indespension have stopped doing this.I await your response please.
