Indespension, company of choice.

Indespension have been my company of choice for over 10 years. I have purchased trailers and parts from them that provide quality, durability and reliability.
The service to provide and dispatch items to my location is second to none. Highly recommended.

Great service, however delivery charge too high

Firstly as Indespension have closed both the Norwich & Peterborough stores, and thus have no representation in the East of England, I had little choice than to order spares on line.
The spares order was handled promptly, with great communication and the item was delivered within 48 hours of ordering.
However I am of the opinion that the delivery charge of £25 is exorbitant by the standards of other on line services, and should be reviewed

Hi Peter, apologies about the concern with the branches we do have 1 in Ipswich. Sadly the carriage prices are out of our control as the couriers charge per weight and size and we feel we are competative.

Indespension best on the Internet

Indespension had the best prices on the Internet, delivery was not the usual extortionate rate for delivery to INVERNESS, and they were quick. VERY WELL DONE!!

The units are fine

The units are fine, it’s unfortunate that your courier managed the rip the packaging and damaged the plastic blanking caps the the square section unit. We have fitted the units and hopefully all will be ok.

Top trailer parts suppliers


Parts ordered on a Monday online delivered Wednesday. There had been a webstore update on Monday evening so some items were short, took 30 seconds on phone and was sorted. Items arrived on the Friday. All fitted perfectly and really good quality.

Found part I wanted. Arrived early.
Could do better on price and could do better on communicating when product will arrive.
