In 2013, three of us were running discretionary index strategies on a Cyprus retail account. The platform was fast enough, but the spreads quoted on the website were not the spreads we got at 14:30 GMT on a Wednesday. The "client funds segregation" line meant something narrower than it sounded. We took a year to write what we thought a serious multi-asset broker should look like, raised seed capital from a small group of family offices, and opened in 2014.

With more than 1,200 instruments available, there's always something to trade. I especially like the crypto pairs and commodities. ECN execution on my Pro account has been excellent. I had one small technical issue, but support fixed it within 10 minutes😊
The median fill time is really low, and you can definitely feel the difference compared to other brokers. I upgraded from Standard to Silver and the trading conditions improved noticeably. The French-speaking support was very helpful
The ECN execution on the Pro account works perfectly. Fills are fast and slippage is minimal. I do a lot of intraday trading and I'm very satisfied. Support even helped me set up the FIX connection. Thank you!
Everything works well overall. I had a bit of slippage on one trade during high volatility, but it's rare. Verification was quick. The number of instruments is huge, so I can always find what I want. The only downside is that the minimum deposit for the Pro account is quite high for some traders
I've been trading on indexpairs.io for a month now. The execution speed is incredible. 28ms is not just marketing. My NAS100 and gold positions have been filled perfectly. Support responded quickly when I had a question about leverage. I recommend it
Execution is fast and funds feel secure. I would have liked slightly tighter spreads on the Standard account, but it's good for getting started. Verification was clear and easy. I noticed one or two small delays during periods of high volatility.
The final outcome was the important part for me, and that's exactly what I received. Not perfect English in some emails maybe, but I care more about my trades and withdrawals working than fancy words. Everything finished well, thank you for your work.
This was my second time using the platform. The first experience gave me confidence so I came back. Again no major issues. I had one small question and support fixed it fast. I dont leave reviews often but this one deserved it. Thanks!
