The wrong item was delivered. I ordered a 3 layer handpainted Tiffin box worth of 50 pounds. Instead I received a 20 pounds worth 4 layer steel Tiffin box. I feel ripped off, receiving a cheaper item that I also paid import taxes for instead of the expensive one that I paid for. Customer service is not responding to texts or emails.

Awful and actively deceptive customer service. Got charged customs for an order without being made aware of the possibility, then got told by the company that they'd refund me half of the customs charge which never happened and now they won't respond to my emails.

I received a damaged tiffin box and even after emailing them to notify them they ignored me and did not respond. It had a dent in the bottom and it was not quality checked.
Will have to initiate a chargeback now

Second time ordering from tiffen house. First time food was delivered it was really cold, put it down to being newly opened and really busy, food was ok, Ordered again and food arrived again stone cold and wrong food delivered, ordered a butter chicken but received a cold chicken Korma. Rang them and explained the order was wrong, but they argued it wasnt, Another disappointing Indian takeaway, Annoyed at myself because Sainsbury’s takeaways are so much better and a hell of a lot cheaper, Wouldn’t of put a review on if they had just sent me the right order, I didn’t mind warming it up In the oven, The fact they lied made things a whole lot worse

Received the wrong order. The company has since ignored all my repeat attempts to contact them. They stopped responding on their website chat function when I told them I'd received the wrong order. Have not replied to emails and do not answer their phone line.

Sadly, dreadful curries, either tasting of gravy or added chili sauce? To burn. The fish curry, which fish a mystery was cooked to a blandness which for an Indian restaurant was extraordinary.
The wine was sharp, the staff kind but vague and the lights kept going from bright to dim.
The good news and worthy of two stars was the rice which was excellent and whoever is in charge of it, thank you.

Being an Indian I would usually support small Indian businesses and give out genuine reviews as it an already competitive market. I ordered a chilli chicken, Dosa (not so great) and a pav bhaji ( bhaji was under cooked) and ended up taking the chilli chicken as a take away only to be shocked. The chicken had piece of plastic/coating, which I assume is from the old and out of use skillet that they used for making the chicken. Is this how you usually serve food to people? I fell sick for two days straight, and now I am not even sure if the other items were fresh. Highly Disappointed and never eating here again. If there is an option, I would definitely post a picture.

Ordered a takeaway rang half hour later to say no drivers had to collect . After getting the food and getting home the carelessness of the food after already saying there was no drivers to deliver absolute joke . Opening the curry there was no sauces for onion bahji or no salad food was tone cold and the biriani had only a few pieces of meat in . Will not be offing again

In der Regel schreibe ich keine negativen Rezensionen, jedoch möchte ich meine Erfahrungen teilen. Ich habe leider sehr negative Erfahrungen mit diesem Shop gemacht. Ich hatte zum ersten Mal im Mai 2023 bei diesem Shop bestellt. Ein Produkt ist niemals bei mir angekommen. Daraufhin habe ich viele, viele, viele Male über verschiedene Kanäle den Service kontaktiert, was mich sehr viel Zeit gekostet hat. Nach vielen Versuchen hat sich schließlich eine Person dem Problem gewidmet und es kam zu Mail-Kontakt. Die letzte Mail war im November 2023, wobei der Mitarbeiter schrieb, dass sie das Problem lösen würden. Ich antwortete auf die Mail und berichtete, welches Produkt nicht ankam und dass ich das Geld gerne zurückhaben wolle. Leider habe ich nie wieder etwas gehört oder mein Geld zurück erhalten sowie keine Wahre erhalten. Das empfinde ich als wirklich dreist und würde jeder Person aufgrund meiner Erfahrung davon abraten, bei diesem Shop zu bestellen.

Around two months ago I ordered a "3 Tier Classical Tiffin with Thermal Blue Leaf Tiffin Bag × 1" via their website. Since I wanted to return the item the support offered me a discount of 25% when keeping the order. Many mails have followed and nothing has happened until today. At some point they even stopped replying. I warn against ordering from this online shop.

Update : 3 weeks now - no news. Nothing. They don't reply.
It's been 2 weeks since I've placed my order and I have no idea when it will arrive. I've finally managed to contact customer service after a week sending emails with no replies, but it hasn't been very helpful.
My guess is that their business is somewhere else, in wholesale maybe, but retail set up is inexistent. My experience is being 0/10.

Ordered a masala dabba two months ago, but still haven´t received anything. First there was a problem with the design, which is weird because it´s supposed to be hand painted. Then I ordered a different one, but that´s already over a month ago. Still nothing. And they don´t reply to my e-mails anymore. I do not recommend ordering here at all.

Zero Quality, the handles fell off after first use, contacted the customer care and they replied to sort out the problem but never came back on it, not recommend at all
