Hello! We’re Indiefield, an independent UK market research fieldwork company, and for more than 25 years we’ve been bringing people and research together. We believe there’s something rather lovely about market research. Every day, decisions are made about the products we buy, the services we use and the world we live in, and good research gives real people a voice in those decisions. Our part is finding the right people and giving them the opportunity to be heard. If we’ve invited you to take part in research, you might complete a survey, join a focus group or online community, have a conversation with a researcher, test something new or simply share your experiences. There are no right or wrong answers; we genuinely want to know what you think. Taking part is always voluntary and we’ll explain what’s involved before you decide. We want everyone who deals with Indiefield to feel welcomed, respected and valued, because without people generously sharing their time, experiences and opinions, good research simply couldn’t happen. We believe that when organisations really listen to people, better decisions are made, and those better decisions can make life a little better for all of us.
