I don't recommend this company, the customer service is terrible and they automatically add a fee (if by chance you return the item) so you pay for the return up front before you even get the item when you're checking out. You have to go in and figure out how to remove. Super scammy.

I placed my order back in July 2024 during the closing down sale. I didn't receive the products or a response to the 3 emails I sent following up on my order. I'm not sure why the company website still appears to be active when they have obviously stopped trading.

I ordered this TFT.. in November. .you got the money out of my bank..and you disappeared, ever never sent me the item. Crooks

Purchased some shampoo and conditioner bottles but never received them. Contacted seller through multiples channels without a reply. Very very poor, please avoid.

Do not buy from them. They take your money and don't send the products or reply to messages. This is a definitely a scam! I ordered weeks ago, messaged twice with no reply. I just wanted the shampoo, but would prefer a refund as I've had to purchase alternative shampoo now

I love Indie, the products, the company and the service. And it's been a game changer for my hair. It's thicker and healthier and has so much body. And the loyalty scheme is fab too! I'm just grateful that I found it Xx

Indie refill is like magic in a pouch! I honestly cannot believe the difference in my hair! I only have to wash twice a week, it's more manageable. The pouches last me 4+ months, and I've got hair down to my bra back band. A colleague actually commented that my hair smelt so good she wanted to eat it 😂😂. The customer service has always been fabulous, I won't use anything or anywhere else.

Customer service was great - order refunded and fulfilled when courier lost the parcel. Much appreciated. Great communication.

I came across the live on Tiktok, I noticed Jo's hair straight away how shiny and healthy it looked. I spend a fortune on expensive shampoo and conditioners so I thought I would try Indie. Best decision I made. At first I was a bit confused how it doesnt make suds as that is all I'm used to, but the results speak for themselves and I am 100% converted. My hair has never looked so shiny, I am so happy I found this brand.

Super fast delivery, cute packaging, and AMAZING products. Had so many compliments on how soft and shiny my hair was after the first wash! Thank you Indie.

I've finally found my Haircare go-to! I have really fine hair, and recently turned 40 so have be struggling with hormonal changes causing a dry scalp as well as awful hot flushes and sweats :( I find most shampoos leave my hair really flat and any conditioner I use leaves me with greasy bangs after a day! But I got samples of Indie after seeing an advert (and after receiving a lovely email from the founder, Jo!) and I'm in love! The samples are PROPER sized, resealable packets for a start, enough for several washes so you can really try them out and after just one wash my hair felt thicker, bouncy and soft and my scalp felt hydrated too! Into the third day and despite doing a full removal and sweating buckets it's still not limp and greasy!! I'm amazed :) the fact that it is an ecologically sound choice with minimal packaging, refillable bottles and free from parabens and other nasties is just such a huge bonus. Thank you Jo and Indie!!

I love this brand with all its sustainability priorities and my hair feels amazing now, I can really notice the difference. Gonna use this forever!

Indie is amazing! I experienced significant hair loss after a miscarriage and the Indie shampoo and conditioner are honestly the best natural, strengthening and conditioning products I have found after a long time of trying! The scalp massager is a God send too! The branding is cool and modern but doesn't sacrifice a commitment to completely natural and sustainable hair care. It smells amazing and is so gentle but effective on your hair - mine is now slowly but surely growing back and I have had comments that it looks healthy and strong. Jo the founder is incredible and I hope more people find out about Indie!

Fantastic! No other word than that. Bit of a delay in the order, but contacted very swiftly and apolgetically with various options. It was lovely to feel cared for. On using the shampoo, strange - no bubbles, suds, so I could not look like a 1960's shampoo ad, which I DO remember. How could this be working, well it does. One of my yoga clients even asked me if I'd had my hair highlighted! I'll keep using it because I'm desperate to put as little junk into our planet as possible. This fits the bill.

I have bounce! I love this new product - it gave me bounce and body within the first two washes which Ive never had before! Dont be put off by the first lather which doesn't produce bubbles. The second lather produces loads. The scent is very delicate and natural, there is no silicon to make my hair slippery and overall it feels healthy and happy hair. Great product, ethically produced. Id like some shower gel now please!

Smells great. Leaves my hair feeling soft and clean. Love it.
