I ordered on March 11th, never got a tracking number. Contacted them March 31st and April 8th to ask for information and they never replied. I never received my purchase.
Scammers.

I would give them minus 5 if i could.
Bogus tracking numbers, do not reply to emails. Ordered 6th March 2025, 3 emails before i got 1 reply, said warehouse is on fire!! and sent new tracking number, which is the exact same as the old one. 5 emails later still no response.
Pissed that i got scammed, the "Shop" app is not much help as there is nowhere to logde complaints. Should have trusted my gut and not used either. Sticking with PayPal from now on, at least they are contactable and hold dodgy shops accountable and work to get your refund.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered a bag from their Shop Pay link on TikTok. Weird how neither Shop Pay or TT is any help by removing them so no one else gets scammed. No response when sending the company an email. Stay away!

Would give no stars if possible.Paid £80 two months ago and still nothing.Countless emails have never been answered and the company appeared to have vanished.No refund available from bank although the company were certified genuine when I paid.Wish I'd checked the reviews-no one had a good word to say.SCAM,SCAM,SCAM.

Been waiting over a month and still haven’t received notifications about the whereabouts of my order and was asked for a review for items that I didn’t even get yet. I sent an email asking you for money back, because I no longer need it, I went in a different Direction, and still haven’t heard from anyone. Do not recommend this company at all. Especially for the price they have it up. It should’ve been shipped by now and it should be good quality.

Dont order from this site! This is a scam! I ordered last March 11 and till now April 11 no updates. I disputed with my bank Amex but amex wont reimburse as well. So please dont use order from this

Same as every other review. I wish I had looked into it before hand, but it was advertised on a mainstream site. It has been weeks, I paid for shipping insurance as well and after multiple emails no response. Blatant fraud and I have no idea how to get my money back.any advice is appreciated.

After ordering from them on March 3rd and never getting any updates or response to any correspondence I tried to give them some time. But after reading everyone else’s reviews here I understand that we all had the same experience with this company. Complete scam don’t waste your money!

It's been almost a month and my order is still "ready for shipping" in China.
Absolutely no answers to my emails about the tracking and my demands for a refund. I used both email address provided on the website and confirmation emails to no avail.
I will try to appeal to my bank insurance but I'm almost certain I will not get my money back since the website is not in the EU.
92€ down the drain.

It's a scam and I lost £60 I've cancelled my card as well. If you've been ripped off by these scumbags then probably an idea to do the same.

Scam. Ordered on the 12th of March and only received 2 emails, one saying dispatched the other stating they were aware of delays due to a fire in their warehouse, which I am beginning to think doesn't exist based on other reviews. Please don't order from this website.

Every order reads “ready to ship” for weeks with no tracking or delivery info. INDIO never responds to customer support emails, turns off comments for all social media posts, and has numerous customers with the same experience. Complete scam of a business. You will never receive a product you ordered. Report this business through every platform, including BBB.
