Fake 100% fraud

I have seen maximum %age of review for Inditab PAN Service as bad. I have no idea may be their experience is such but I wish to mention clearly that if correct website is used for applying online then there is no issue at all. They have an authenticated website and update system online and thereafter at every stage by email and over the phone. I have applied online for change of address for 3 PAN cards for myself and my family on Dec 11, 2024 and since then I got updates from them on regular basis and also from UTI PAN Service by SMS as well as status could be checked online. I am really satisfied with their service and finally I have received all revised and new PAN cards at my door step on 03.01.2025 (the last one) within one month. Therefore, I find it difficult to accept all negative reviews and I have reason to believe that the fault is at applicant end, may be use of incorrect website or submission of right documents. I have a submission to everyone, please have a check at your end before submitting a negative review for a concern company or person as they have set up a business to earn after investing money, time, labour etc. which should not get spoiled due to our misunderstanding. Today I thought of withdrawing / deleting my review from this site as so far I have got 4 calls, including today's, since posted the above review. All these calls are of same nature i.e., having paid the required fees and uploading necessary documents in Inditab website they have not received any e-mail or sms confirmation at their end. I have no idea why should it happen so but at the same time obviously I cannot own the responsibility. In 2 of the cases I have shared Inditab's mail id and phone number, so that they can have a follow up with them directly.

Under this circumstance, I thought of deleting my review from this site but I have changed my mind as I wish to inform that there is another authentic website i.e., utiitls and the website is www(dot)utiitsl(dot)com. One can directly apply through this website for PAN issues. In fact Inditab is sending our application to them for further action, they (inditab) is not authorized to do anything by their own.

Inditab is fake website please don't trust this website

This is Fake site and they collected the money and nothing has happened. Please do not send any money or documents. I have some documents for this but i am not sure they will do something those documents.

Fraud company, applied for online PAN and sent documents; no response; RBI, cyber crime, please block this website and arrest the owners: this is operated or ownership shows somewhere in UP;
Govt of India, please block this

It's a fraud company. They don't have a proper communication system. They accept application with their fees. Once they received the application one call will come for more copies of proofs like address . After that there will not be any update , If we try to contact over phone the line will not get. If send any mails there will not be any reply.

As per my experience, this PAN (Inditab ) workers are Scammers,frauds, thieves ! They never try to understand their customers as well as they have no ability to make understand their valued customers also.On the contrary , they try to manifest themselves as a sincere worker to the customers by sending many recorded e-mails ! To REJECT an application somehow by finding an error out(which can be corrected by themselves) is supposed to be a major point of their protocol . So that they may not spend money for making the card and get the total amount credited by innocent customers to their account in the name of ordering a PAN card ! So Friends, BEWARE of this group ! Never trust it, if you need a PAN card go through some other genuine group For more true informations, go through the comments given by other customers also.
By seeing all their attitude and behaviour, for PAN INDITAB, Literally,1 star is also too much for them ! but I have not found any lesser one .So , luckily thay have got 1 star surrounded by red ! Lastly to remind you all friends
This is a true SCAMMER ! Always stay far far away from this FAKE GROUP , PICK POCKET ! They play DRAMA before us( customers) for the sake of earning money ! Their service is totally HORRIBLE ! Therefore, Let's see if they can change their old , ill attitude/ behaviour , rude manner etc by knowing how they are treating their innocent customers ! Thanks all for understanding !

Seems fraudulent to me...I have applied for a service and paid charges online. No sms email confirmation or nothing also the care number is not functional

Inditab is Fraud company. They are cheaters.

It's a fake company. Made me pay anf then the phone never works. Always disconnects. Then ask me to send my documents - hard copy.

It's FAKE. Lost too much money

Looks like govt itself is back of these kind of scam websites and scammers. No option to file any case, even if filed no use nor any scammers punish dept from govt. Common citizens are losing their hard earned money and govt doesn't hav any set of rules to eradicate these scams since they should be getting their shares

Fraudulent website, repeat the amount for physical PAN card and received a mail saying that they have not received the payment and when I am trying to contact the customer care so number is showing invalid. Also, while I am mailing them, the mail is not being sent to the given ID, it’s a website being run by the fraudsters. Government should take a strict action against such fraud and put them behind jail.

FACK SERVICE BANNED THIS WEB SITE TOTTALY SCAM NOT RECIVE ANY CALLS AND NOT SEND ANY PAN CARD LAST MANY DAYS WAST OF TIME AND MONEY.

From last two months I did not received my pan card, no one responds or helps . A group of fraud people. Please do something . Government should ban these sites.

Total scam website they make you pay first then say send hardcopy and stupid things like that, Don't even try to go on this site

Only fake for money withdrawn from many.
