This is a fake company... After deducting money ... Recharge not done. Money not refundable.. government should take care

inditab website is good & useful. Good Customer Services. I like it.

Inditab is a fake company. They are doing cheating with the innocent people. This site should be banned by the government. They are asking for money and after they will not provide you anything. Even you will not be able to contact to anyone. Such a bad company who actually doing fraud by making others fool. I am still waiting for refund. I lost 1500 money in this fake website.

Worst service ever. I think I lost all my money.

I recently applied for GST registration for my shop...they are not responding properly...they are asking for additional documents and they are just faking the customers...
Paid the money and they are not refunding it...
One of the best out of worst GST service

Frustrating lot to work with. They will always respond 5 minutes before closing time so you dont have a way to contact them until next day. Their phone numbers always auto-disconnect. No matter what your question is, they will have always have some canned response. They botched up my GST application so bad that its been almost a month now and its rejected despite giving them whatever docs they asked for. Engage at your own peril.

Finally I got the certificate, but the name was printed wrong. They dont even do any quality check. Horrible service. Dont depend upon them

I have made an application with the company on 8th July, 2020 for gst registration and it is 24th July today. It is very disgusting that the company could not get the registration number in 16 days neither is the company refunding the money.

I have made a big mistake by applying it through this useless agency.

I recently applied for GST & my suggestion is its much easier to apply in the gst gov website and I would suggest not to please engage with Inditab. They are the most unprofessional and stupid people. As soon as you apply on their website without any much interaction or clarification they start filling the details and incase it gets rejected they don't bother to call the customer for additional details., they jst fill in some alternate number or check an alternate number with you and do not check on your legal name correctly, they have messed up mine and their number forever is not reachable or the dont' respond and IVR does not direct you to correct person. I would suggest not to engage with INDITAB.

Dont get yourself stuck with them. They will steal your precious time along with the money ofcourse. I applied for the GST number for my startup firm on 08-06-2020 and without even asking for the required docs I was charged with Rs.799/- before submission of my documents & file. Anyway I somehow trusted them and paid the amount but who knows that was just a beginning of the becoming fool. Worst part was that they didn't call at all for guidance for preparing docs, factfully I called them multiple times asking for the help. All they do is asking for the same documents repeatedly. At last, I got frustrated and given them a chance today to refund my money or process my file otherwise I will have no other option than knocking the door of cyber crime cell for justice.

I am very happy with the service. Very prompt & easy to access. Thank you IndiTab.

Excellent Service

I had great experinece with INDITAB. when i was applying for passport on my own i struggled lot. after i get in to INDITAB, it makes easy for me to apply, fee payment and slot booking. And even through call assisted well. the whole process went very well. Finally i got my passport. thank you INDITAB.
