Great service, very happy customers.
Very quick delivery, my log basket looks great in my living room, will be ordering more for my friends and family.

Great company

Very impressive service, product & price. Found them online when looking for sleepers what a good simple and sturdy product. Ordered on Tuesday arrived Thursday. Location of sleepers means they are on show but dont look unsightly eventually plants will hide them anyway Many Thanks John

I bought an amount of the double railway sleeper stakes for a garden project and found them to be more than suitable for the job. Dispatched speedily and no problems at all in that regard.

Because of where I was placing them it wasn’t possible to hide one or two of the stakes and they’ve dented a little where they took a pounding from the hammer, but I’d say that was user error more than a problem with the products. I definitely recommend as they’ve done what they’re asked to do. Can’t ask for more than that.

Excellent service, incinerator arrived quicker than Amazon prime.
Looks a quality product Have no hesitation and recommending this company thank you

Very pleased with the prompt service. I emailed the company late afternoon on Tuesday for some advice on sleeper brackets. Had a constructive response from them the same day. Ordered the items I needed on the Wednesday and received them on Thursday. Certainly cannot complain about their quick delivery. Product looks good and solid and should do the job very well.
Would certainly use this company again.

The best purchase I’ve made in a long time! Absolutely beautiful quality for the price!
Came next day which was a wonderful surprise! Would highly recommend buying from this company in future.
Thank you again.

Ordered some sleeper brackets and fixing screws however the packaging split whilst in transit and the brackets and some screws were missing.
Contacted the supplier who apologised and sent a complete new order within a couple of days.
Excellent customer service.
Recommended supplier.

I ordered some corner sleeper stakes, but unfortunately the wrong ones were posted to me in error. After taking delivery of the item late Friday afternoon, I called Indoor Outdoors immediately and spoke to a very nice gentlemen who was extremely apologetic and personally saw that the correct item was posted out to me on next day delivery. By way of apology, he asked if I could make use of the stakes sent in error (which I could) and was allowed to keep them, with the correct stakes sent to me free of charge. Its very rare that you get customer service like that these days! Thanks Indoor Outdoors, highly recommend! :)

Fast delivery and great quality products.

So pleased to have found this company. Products arrived quickly and the quality was great. There was something missing from our first order but they replied instantly and dealt with it so well that we had the missing item by the next day. In a world where you often struggle to get a reply and a resolution, it’s refreshing to have this level if customer service. Second order placed today.

Bought the sleeper brackets for a major project, was delighted with the quality, and cost of these. They are made of strong material, and hammer in to the ground very easily, keeping the sleepers upright.
The sales team were a pleasure to deal with, and helped me get the goods shipped to Ireland, Thank you

Very impressed by everyone concerned with Indoor Outdoors from people on the phone to the friendly delivery driver
The round cream rattan garden table and 4 chairs are of excellent quality and look beautiful in our garden.

Excellent, solid materials. Much better on the eye than the alternative fixings.
Delivered on time, very pleased.

Bought some sleeper brackets and was expecting a delay due to COVID-19. Arrived the next day! Excellent communication, quality product, reasonable price.
