So far so good, the product has made a 2 mpg improvement from base. I bought it under the guise that it may remove injector knock, tank #2 as of today. High return pressure sounds have already lessene... もっず芋る

Choose wisely there’s better and cheaper

The time that they gave me was off way off first of all second of all the support team isn’t effective and doesn’t help with the questions I had aswell as charging me for something that will not matter to me and something I shouldn’t be paying for that is all I would recommend going somewhere else

Well after I ordered the tool kit to


Well after I ordered the tool kit to install injector cups in a ISX. I thought I should get some extra o-rings for the cups. So I tried to call back and get them to put them with the tool. Charged me $24 to ship the tool kit. Charged me $43 to ship 24 o-rings that cost $60 for the o-rings. No one was any help when I called back. But about the tool. It worked great on installing the cups.

We just tried calling you and you immediately hung up and blocked us. We then sent you an email with no response. Please contact us so we can verify your negative claims.

shopy said Item was delivered when it wasn't, called industrial injection multiple times to find out why it hadnt shipped, employees said they would find out and get back to me and never did so i ended up calling 4 times before they found where it was and shipped the item. item arrived 2 weeks late after i told a customer his vehicle would be ready 2 fridays earlier. shit service

Hello Andrew, We sent you an email the day you ordered it notifying you of a lead time to build the turbo. The lead time we estimated did take a little longer than expected and we apologize for that. We do not know why Shopify sent you a shipping confirmation but we will look into that issue for future orders. We shipped the product the day it was completed and sent you a notification with tracking that day as well. We apologize for the delay but we did communicate with you the day it was ordered letting you know if a lead time.

Slow and no contact

No contact about shipping or status. Had no idea when to expect parts I should of ordered parts two weeks before needing them my bad. Good parts though! In regards to a tracking # check your emails no tracking # was ever sent like I said no contact ! Thank you.

Hello Robert, I see you placed your order on 2/26. We received, the order Friday 2/27. We were able to process your order the next business day Monday 3/2 as we are not open on weekends. We shipped the product only 2 business days after your order was placed. On 3/4 UPS had an issue with the address you provided or a possible sortation issue per the tracking number we emailed you and it was shipped back to us. We then re shipped the package after correcting the address or possible sortation issue UPS had. I apologize for the delay but this issue is directly related to issues with UPS and not something on our side. We hope you can understand this was not our doing and a fault of UPS and we hope you do business with us in the future.

Returning unused parts in the original packaging. 15% restocking fee. I pay return shipping. I’ll get back 60% of what I spent.

Re-stocking fees for products you no longer want is a standard in the industry. We shouldn't have to pay shipping / repackaging fees for a product you decided you no longer want that you ordered off our website.
