I have ordered one desert cooler Supreme commercial air cooler Camel-30 valued Rs.23599/- on 13/03/2026 and payment of the same done on the same day.Now industry buying confirmed my order with order Number 1035956824 with scheduled dispatch on 18/03/26 and expected delivery on 24/03/26.On 18/03/26 they informed may that your order is delayed due to delay of the vendor .Later on they expressed their inability to deliver the ordered item and offered substitute product .I requested them to please cancel my order and refund my amount .They informed me that once you made order it can not be cancelled and dispatched substitute of my ordered item i e EECOCOOL Roomy cooler valued Rs.22419/- and the same is delivered on 29/03/2026.The invoice sent by them is showing Supreme commercial cooler CAMEL-30 with price of Rs.23599/-.The warrant card of delivered item clearly mention that it is valid only with original invoice of the delivered item.
I have repeatedly requested them to refund my difference amount and the the invoice of the delivered item but their customer care cell is always escalating the issue every time with no results
I request govt of india to please take care of these types of fraudulent companies ,which are playing with innocent persons.I am a senior citizen expecting our government to help me in the matter and their fraudulent activities

To begin with, all the negative comments made me put products in the cart and cancel it but I decided to give it a try as industrybuying is cheaper than any other website and I am glad that the product is original and reached a few days earlier. From Dimapur, Nagaland. India

I have ordered on 31 January 2026.
As per your given date, it should have been dispatched by 9 February 2026, which is already too late.
When no update came from your side till 10 February 2026, I called your support and Imran told me that it will be dispatched by 15 February 2026, in a very rude tone.
I don’t think you can sustain in the B2B market this way. Close it now.

Worst experience I ever had with any marketplace service, My order get delayed 15 days and lastly they said not available not a good behaviour, my experience is worst

Fraud company, please dont fall for this bullshit, they take money, place the order and the order never arrives, what one loses is his time, money, patience and peace of mind.

I am writing to report that the wrong product was delivered to me. I completed the payment at 12:35 PM, and as shown in the attached CCTV footage at 12:35:40, I informed the delivery partner about the issue at the time of delivery.

Kindly review the footage and my payment details to verify the situation. I request your assistance in resolving this matter at the earliest, either by arranging the correct product delivery or initiating a refund.

If in my hand i will not give me even 1 rating, the website which could not deliver a single order in 12 days, how will it deliver the big orders that too a small order. They dont have business sense, actually it is fake website. Absolutely useless customer care department has no response, the response that comes is completely fake. And when you place order they give number of calls to take the order, this app just collects the GST number and data for misuses the data i think.

I ordered a label printer. Then I got a call from a sales exec who misguided me into buying a paper roll which I did not need and it does not even fit in the printer. Now they are not taking it return.

You cannot return the items purchased on Industry Buying unless they are damaged. I had bought gear box oil and on receipt the mechanic told me it is not suitable for my car model, tried returning it but it is not possible. I am now stuck with 6 liters of oil which is of no use to me. Very bad customer sevice, I do not recommend buying from them.

I was ordered a product on 24 November 2025 which is hotbar sealar and also paid total amount on same day but till date 14 November 2025 they were not dispatched the same this is actually disaster. Worst service. Never buy from this website. They are pathetic. Buy from more reliable websites like flipkart or amazon. For online buying never prefer and trust Industry buying.

Useless & Low quality products . Never buy from this site . I have ordered some office item & received the damaged one & money was paid on COD.. I have been fighting to return the damaged product for last one week. Only false promises are given. I doubt the intentsion of this company now.

Purchased a product online from Industrybuying.com and paid through UPI Rs.3884 dated 21 Nov 2025. The company informed the product will reach to me by 25 Nov 2025 but after a day the company sends information on whatsapp there will be delay in despatch of the product. On 23 Nov 2025, i contacted customercare regarding despatch of the product, the customercare said by 27 Nov 2025, the product will be despatched. On 28 Nov 2025, when i checked the industrybuying.com website, my payment history and order and despatch history was removed from purchased and payment section.

Industybuying.com & App are cheaters and public to be aware of such cheatering. They are open Dacoits, doing forgery and looting public. Goverment & concerned department must take action against owners.
They are doing planned looting public through fake transaction. I will also try to make police complaint , consumer court and to approach authorities concerned.

worst service not delivered on time please do not buy from them i am really frustrated its been almost a month part of my order still hasn't been delivered talking to them but no use i get a message person will come and deliver but no one comes get a message in the evening unable to deliver i am facing this problem since approx 10 days now one order was shipped after 12 days worst do not buy buy from other website

Worst experience. I ordered a submersible water pump, not once but twice. The first order was silently cancelled and money refunded after 7 days. The second order (which I should not have placed) was again for a submersible water pump, which was not delivered, and when I spoke with the customer care they were clue less about where the product is, from where it is being shipped, who the delivery partner is, nor who the seller is. I asked them to cancel the order and return back the money, for which I was assured that the money will credited back within 48 hours, which did not happen. When I again spoke with the customer care they say it will take 5 to 7 days time for the refund.
It is total mismanagement by this website. I don't think that they are interested in developing their business.
They just collect money from the customer keep it with them for 10 days and return it back.
Useless.
