(PART 2) ..On May 29, around 5:53am, message Ahmed just woke up today, and some of the open trades have closed and the account balance is already $9,633.64. What will happen to the money I invested? !I want to get reimbursed $8,000.00 dollars. You knew the capacity of the account in terms of funds yet you opened a lot of trade with higher lots and asked me to double it. Saying that I can withdraw $20,000-$30,000.00 by this Friday. Reimburse me $8,000.00 at least”. “Ahmed, my account is $0 balance. What about my investment and the profit it earned Reimburse me at least $8,000.00”. This due to your incorrect trade strategy. No reply.
Around 2:20pm, someone replied “With all due respect we don’t guarantee the market and also it's your responsibility to deposit when your account is at risk or close positions when you have a low margin level”. I replied, “but when I closed position 1 was questioned by Richard and I was following the instructions of Ahmed who said “do not close any trade on the account” since I was a beginner.” “I told Ahmed and Richard that what is in this account is all I have so as my broker it should have been taken into consideration when recommending opening positions, more positions the account can’t handle. How can I deposit what io don’t have. Don’t put the blame on me when Richard himself to me told me to trust him/ you as my broker.
Also Ahmed told me not to do anything on the account. Do not close any negative positions. Ahmed are you in the office, what now?”. “The account became further at risk when Ahmed opened 9 positions then instructed me to open the same position doubling the lot volume though it’s negative P/L. I am a beginner (started May 15) and you don’t get to put blame on me. Reimburse me $8,000.00”. There was literally no guidance, help here. The sessions was done only in the evening for what? Just to force you to deposit more money on the account. If you have questions, Ahmed seem to in a hurry to leave you or has a meeting. Not really answering you. Inefex response is generic and all bullshit. “We always aim to support our clients with transparency and tools that promote responsible trading” This is all a lie. There was no support, no transparency, no guidance in using tools to promote responsible training. This too is 100% a lie “Please note that while trading always involves a degree of risk, we do our best to provide clients with clear information, risk disclosures, and access to resources that can assist in making informed decisions”. All that Inefex and your BROKERS(AHMED/RICHARD) cares is convincing or forcing (hard selling) you to deposit more money AND TO MAKE YOU BROKE. They set you up in a trap in a way you loose profit and incur a lot of negative open trade position, force you to deposit more funds because either bec your account has negative P/L or below margin level. if you refuse, Inefex/Richard will leave you and your account until its washed out or forced close.
When you lost all your money they find ways to remove all responsibility from their hands such as sending you a Confidential Settlement and Release claim or Inquiry form. This is to withdraw and remove the Inquiry submitted against the Company as well as remove any other claims and/or statements publicly announced and/or posted on forums against the Company. And that Inefex will put $1,000.00 to start over on the account. They will tell you, do the trading with same broker or different broker or by yourself. They will pressure you to sign the QUIT AND RELEASE FORM. In the quit form states “Upon the Trader's full compliance with the conditions set forth in paragraphs 1-2 above, the Company will credit the Trader’s account with the amount of 1,000 USD (One thousand USD) in the form of a non-withdrawable Trading-Bonus subject to the provisions of this Agreement on condition that the Trader removes any bad reviews and/or comments placed in any website and/or other platforms. The Company is obliged to execute the said request immediately and without any undue delay from the day the signed settlement agreement is received. but only if you sign the claim and quit release form. DONT SIGN THIS. This is their way of escaping liability. This is their way to showing they care, they pretend to help you but the real intention is to do the same thing they did to your account when it was lost the 1st time. This is their way to entice you back to their scheme/scam, drain you more money. Now, if your account is intentionally set up to wash out or force close but they have earned a lot from you, they are free of responsibility because YOU HAVE SIGNED the claim and quit release form. Clearly, the company is not sincere and hopes to get away with their wrong doings. Remember this INFEX+AHMED+RICHARD+CALLING (PERFECT RECIPE FOR SCAMMERS). PLEASE DO NOT TRANSFER your funds.
