I ordered 2 perfumes and one of them came broken (I'm assuming it was bad packaging) I let them know and in less than a week not only was the broken perfume replaced, they sent an extra one too. The perfumes smell absolutely amazing, and are very long lasting too. I will definitely be ordering again.
