I'm having a not-so-pleasant experience with this company. Even so, I'm taking more money today when I woke up and went to log in to my account to renew my service because the payment is overdue. To my surprise, now I'm not even able to access the Client Area, but the message Invalid CSRF Protection Token appears, meaning I'm being blocked from everything, which is causing me a lot of anger .There is no other means of communication to explain what is happening, I tried to open a ticket without connecting my account, it redirects to the Client Area.

DO NOT DEAL WITH, IF YOU WANT TO AVOID PROBLEMS. They do not provide refunds, and will charge more than double of what they initially tell you. Then, they will get angry if you leave them negative feedback or try to chargeback the transactions. STAY AWAY. There is no need to do business with such company, with so many excellent options in the web hosting business.

EDIT: In response to your file sharing and comment, I must tell you that sharing such files is illegal. If you do not remove the acess to those files until the end of 12th of February 2025, GMT, I will have to consider legal options against you or your company.

I could do nothing by myself. So I reached out and in a short time, my issues was resolved. I don't know what I would do without them.

These guys are always fast. Most the problems I've had have been user error but they respond quickly, their polite and they know their stuff.

There is nothing worse than waiting hours for a response and then replying and waiting hours for another response.

With these guys I wait minutes, get a reply and have the problem resolved in minutes. You can't ask for better hosting or customer service.
