Made ordinary trip to Costco in Henderson. I've been battling a pinched nerve in my neck. To my surprise walked passed infinity massage chair. A salesman named Kicker asked if i would like to try chair. He ran me through massage session. It was great. He let the chair sell itself. No pressure. Best chair massager I've ever experienced. Try the zero gravity feature. Unfortunately I ended up getting a hand held massager. I ordered a Kyota Yutaka massage chair and have communicated with both Bernie Eppa and Crystal Simons. Both were very friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable and made the experiences quite pleasant. I have only good things to say about the whole experience.

We purchased the chair in order to help with my ongoing back pain and my wifeâs neck pain. We were patient in terms of waiting several weeks for the arrival of our chair. The chair arrived and we were super excited. The therapy began and the lumbar portion of the chair stopped working in a matter of two weeks. We called for service and an employee sent a part for a repair prior to having an onsite diagnosis being performed by a technician. Eventually a repair technician arrived and a diagnosis revealed the part we received wasnât the problem. A magnet kept falling out of itâs housing leading to a belt being worn and needing replacement. The belt was sent and found to be the wrong size belt. Another call resulted in another belt being sent which, was the exact same wrong belt. Our technician was helpful in pointing out the exact location where the belt was located on our chair. I spoke to a support technician via phone who got to the bottom of the problem and he sent the correct belt along with a new magnet housing. Our local technician arrived and replaced the parts making our chair useable again. While he was here checking to make sure the chair worked properly, another problem arose with the chair not returning to its position. After all was said and done, the company elected to make our frustration diminish by offering to send us another chair.
Weâre waiting patiently for the new chair and weâre still using our old chair in the meantime.
I believe quality control during manufacturing may be questionable. As far as follow up warranty concerns, I think an onsite diagnosis should be performed prior to any ordering of new parts. This would reduce any unnecessary costs being incurred by the warranty provider and, frustration by the consumer.
A follow up call was received from the repair team and that was a plus.
Weâre hopeful this will not be an ongoing problem with the same new chair when received.

Crystal and Heidi were amazing! Costco delivered the wrong color chair and we had to coordinate getting the correct one re-shipped to us. Crystal and Heidi facilitated the process and were personal, professional, kind, got to the bottom of the matter quickly and had the new chair to us as quick as possible. They even upgraded our delivery service to "white glove" due to the error (Costco's, not their's). They were great enough to follow up multiple times, gave us status reports on shipping and upon chair arrival a "congratulations" email. We are VERY happy with their caring customer service. Purchased the Kyota Yugana M784D Massage Chair from Costco online in December 2024.
Disappointment #1 was with the delivery. They showed up late at night hours past their timeframe requiring us to cancel our evening plans. They did not unboxed it and the box had damage to the side. Fortunately the damage did not impact the chair as it was well packaged with foam inserts and thin plywood.
The chair worked great and I found it to be quite impressive.
Disappointment #2 was after only two uses the back roller unit quit working. Normally I would take the item back to Costco but due to the size and weight I chose to let the manufacturer attempt to repair it. Costco helped to coordinate contact with Infinity and they troubleshot the problem over the phone. They sent out the parts to my home and then once the parts arrived had a tech come out to make repairs.
Disappointment #3 was the parts they sent out were used and defective. The gears were stripped and it was not professionally packaged. The PC boards were not in static bags and the tech was unable to repair the chair after spending over an hour tearing it all apart. They were also supposed to send out a new handheld controller which had a scratch on the display but it did not arrive. BTW this particular chair controller is not a touch pad and the keyboard does not light up so it is difficult to operate in low light conditions.
Success! The tech ordered a complete back roller unit replacement and a controller. They arrived in about one week and two days later the tech came and installed it. This fixed the problem.
After reading all the reviews on Infinity Massage Chairs and my own experience I can not recommend their products. I gave them a 3 Star rating for their efforts to make repairs but I feel the company has a long way to go to be a 5 Star company.
If youâre considering buying a massage chair I recommend you do some research and actually test them out to be sure you like the feel and features. Definitely look at the reviews as these chairs arenât cheap and it appears there are a lot more complaints than a typical product may incur.

Just had the second delivery attempt on the top of the line Infinity massage chair and found it to be damaged in a different way from the first delivery. First one had arms all scratched up, and second one was obviously dropped to bend the steel hinge fitting. Spent $8K but they package it in a $10 cardboard box that can't handle any abuse at all. So sad...just cancelled the order after waiting since SEPTEMBER!...4 FULL MONTHS that they have had my money. My husband and I demoâd the massage chair Imperial with Syner-D at Costco. I couldnât believe how relaxing it was, but my husband literally stood up and said his back Didnât hurt. We wanted to take time to look at other high end massage chairs before committing and we did not make it back to this Costco before the chairs and our salesman were gone. After some digging I found another Costco that had the chairs back in 2 weeks. I visited new location to order the chair. The salesman at this location was Phillip Shea. He was also wonderful! He was thorough in going over all of the details with me. He also assured me that he would make sure that Carlos got credit for this sale! So generous of Phillip!

The Infinity Imperial® Syner-D® is just awesome, my best investment into my health related luxuries. I have had this chair for 1.5 years now.This was my first ever massage chair and my gut just said this is it after I tried a demo in a Costo in Woodinville WA , the sales guy Phillip was awesome and has been super helpful whenever I have had any questions even after the sale. I was also feeling uneasy at times having spent so much $ without trying other brands but boy this one is THE best after I tried several other brands and nothing comes close to the Infinity chair. I love the auto-programs , the kneading and the programability according to your needs. This also has great calf rollers. The only challenge is its too heavy so do get the white glove delivery and surely decide where you want it. There are ways to move it ,but you will need help. I have also assembled it twice now when i needed to move it. Great job Infinity and I sing a lot of praises for this chair when my friends visit home.
