I had a great experience with inblair’s customer service from the very first email! I needed a refund for financial reasons and they were empathetic and supportive. What a relief! In some customer service experiences over the years I have run up against non-supportive, disgruntled and unprofessional staff. Not in this case! They walked me through every step of returning my item and getting a refund. Kuddos for this 5-star experience!

I had a question about applying the serum, so I submitted an email. I wasn't sure I would even get a response, but not only did I get a timely response but it was informative and helpful. I noticed there was a discrepancy in the instructions that I read online about how to apply the serum and what was written on the box. Josie was quick to respond and told me the correct way to apply the serum. She also thanked me for pointing out the discrepancy and asked if I could share a picture to help them with product marketing. What a great product with great customer service!

Overall the quality of the product, customer service and delivery time are excellent. I love the face serum and will continue to use it!! My skin feels so soft, smooth with noticeably less wrinkles. Zezza at customer service is so nice and always professional. I highly recommend this brand to everyone!!!

Zezee has always answered any questions I've had through email responding very quickly.
My last email to her a few days ago confirmed what a trusting, helpful person she is. She helped me set up a subscription for your serum which by the way I love.
I explained to Zezee that receiving the serum every 30 days was too soon since it lasts longer.
She was quick to call me and help me have it delivered every 90 days. I couldn't change it myself online so she did it for me.
Speaking to her live I could tell how loyal and dedicated she is to Inblair and how much she believes in the product.
She was professional yet so calm and wanted to be sure I was completely satisfied.

I received my order on 6/9/26, but the gentle cleanser arrived spilled. So I emailed Customer Service and told them about it. I immediately got a response from Josie,
Customer Success Manager. She requested for me to send
few photos of the product and the packaging as it arrived. She said once she receives the pictures, she will make sure to look into this right away and arrange a replacement for me as quickly as possible. I sent her the pictures. Her next respond was letting me know that they already gone ahead and arranged a replacement for me, so I will be receiving a new bottle shortly. I also got an email confirmation with the updated details. Thank you so much Josie for your great customer support!

Inblair, is the best product I have ever used. Rejuvenate Serum makes you have moisture under your skin and on top. For me it's a miracle. It's the best product I have ever tried.

The product is good but the customer service is phenomenal! I don’t like auto ship and got no hassle at all when I asked to cancel. I will definitely order again when I start running low.

Great products and their customer service is top notch!

I have to admit I was not completely sure about this product when I ordered it. Now, after 3 months amd as an older woman finding good skin care is essential to me. This product is so accompanying to my skin, I have noticed increased softness in my skin, less fine wrinkles ( wrinkles are not my primary concern), however soft skin without heavy products where my skin cant breath is not O.K. This product offers me softer skin amd a feeling like I am not wearing any serum at all. I absolutely love it. I use two products the face serum and the face lotion. I am hoping they create an eye serum as well. And there customer service is top star for me. They answer questions in a timely manner and respond to questions and concerns professionally. I am extremely happy with there products. Give it an honest try amd im sure you will love it as well 😊 I am a very Happy customer...

Love the Rejuvenate serum. I had a little trouble with a new order and the customer service reply was incredibly helpful and considerate. Can’t wait to try my new items as well..
