Horrible horrible company. Worked great for me for many years until they were sold to a new company. Now I get nothing. No chances…just crickets. Everyone talking about quick claims but they won’t even send 1. It’s been almost years of absolutely nothing! They send to the same people. Only demographics matter. Over 30? Too bad they won’t send you anything. I am a member of other similar apps and get a few things every year. Do not waste your time. You will get nothing. If you bring it up they will do nothing to help. They do NOT care.

I was selected by Influenster to participate in a campaign to test the LEGO Oracle Red Bull Racing RB20 F1 set, with the item supposedly shipping on March 13. I tried to check shipping status multiple times, but there was never any information available.

I reached out to Influenster support repeatedly over the course of two months. After being completely ignored, I had to send multiple separate follow-up emails just to get a response. When they finally replied, they told me the item could not be reshipped and that I would be removed from the program because of that.

This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating and deeply unprofessional. I was genuinely excited to be part of this campaign. Instead, I was met with silence, a complete lack of accountability, and ultimately removed from a program for a mistake that was not mine.

Influenster clearly does not value their community members or the trust people place in their platform. If this is how they handle something as simple as shipping a product, I can’t imagine how they manage anything more complex. Extremely disappointing.

I love this product survey site. It took a while to see offers, then they started popping up. Very easy to obtain offers. Mine have been gift cards like Lowe’s. Others I just go to site. These are nice items & after 10 minutes of reviewing & posting the item is mine. In the last 2 months I have received $100. In Lowe’s Gift Cards for plants alone. Easy to review & post opinions . Great way to get free stuff, give reviews, help others and just have fun..

Scammy and useless! They aren’t going to send anything to 90% of the people. You have to jump through daily hoops, review items you have just “heard of” to collect points. Or they want you to BUY items off their site to review them. Are they kidding? People join to get free stuff to review. They dangle the carrot that you won’t get any items if you don’t have enough points. Even if you do review, it keeps asking for the same item to be reviewed again.
The scariest part is to get enough points, they want you to link your Instagram and Facebook accounts with a password, and they even want your PayPal account info to pay you. What? I deleted it right away.

I watch the reels etc on the IG for INFLUENSTER, of all the absolutelt amazing products the US market receives, as I check my Canada app for over a year and... Crickets.... I asked a question over a YEAR ago then in the comments of an IG post, only to be ignored again! The Canadian Influenster IG page is a joke too, just tells you to refer to their USA page?!!??? Dont waste your time

This is a dysfunctional app that often crashes. Despite all the updates, it's always been problematic. They also have not been fully honest with their users regarding many aspects of being a user on the app. One example is that the requirements vary based on which customer service representative you're having a conversation with. The requirements are not even aligned with each of their staff members as one will tell you a different thing than someone else. Their customer service is downright zero.

Désolée mais vraiment depuis leur fusion avec tryit je ne reçois plus aucunes offres . De plus sur leur application j'ai beau remplir des avis ça se valide 1 fois sur 2 . Et quand ça se valide et quand je rempli les missions je reste quand même bloqué au niveau 8 depuis des années maintenant . J'ai beau leur écrire ils me répondent toujours à côté, vraiment déçu du manque d'intérêt qu'on nous portent

Requested they delete my profile, and contact details through their official ‘delete your account’ option. It’s been over three weeks and still getting harassing/scammy emails from them. Do not sign up! You apparently can’t get away from them.

Influenster seem scammy to me. The tasks they gave me after signing up to increase my “points” were to review off a list of items. The problem is, I never used the items nor did they offer to send me the items to review. How can it be legit if everyone leaves reviews for items influenster tasks them to review without using? The data they scrape off your device is ridiculous as well.

Seems like a scam to me, first of all they collect a hell of a lot of data, then I've never got enough points to move up, havnt recieved anything to review, and I'm scared longer I leave the app on my phone the more data they gather, it's just a cleaver way of scamming people hoping to get free products which is honestly disgusting

I wanted to share some feedback about my experience with customer service. I’ve been rather disappointed with the response times—it's been around 3-4 weeks, and it could even take longer. I recently had an issue with one of the programs and reached out for advice. Thankfully, I managed to figure it out on my own, but I received a response after the program had ended, which wasn't very helpful.

Now, I’m facing another issue where I received a completely different item than what was promised. I reported this to Influenster as instructed, but it’s been over two weeks with no response! I’m unsure what to do next. I can’t leave it unresolved since it could affect my account, and it doesn’t feel right to review the wrong product since the photos and review wouldn't match. Plus, even if I raise another issue, I worry it won’t get answered promptly.
I've participated in other reviewing programs, and their customer service responses have been almost instant. Influenster, you really need to step up your game!

Paid biased website. Mostly only positive reviews are published there. I have submitted 5 reviews with both positive and negative ones on different products based on my honest opinions, but only 2 out of 5 are published. You can simply visit the website and check some products, especially electrical appliants like coffee machine and smaller devices, where the product labels are still on the units, then you will know what I am saying. Do NOT trust the reviews on this website.

I've tried leaving honest reviews on Influenster twice now, and both times my review did not post. Unfortunately this means the reviews on that site are completely biased and likely paid for. Don't trust them.

Des produits magnifiques à tester(cosmétiques, électroménager, jouets, etc) et souvent des produits en avant première, c'est un vrai bonheur d'être sur cette plate forme.

I was not expecting to have free products but it really happened and the experience was pretty smooth from starting my tasks and finish all campaign. Liked it!
