InfoLinks has quadrupled my ad income on my website. It was easy to implement and immediately paid off.

I’ve worked with Infolinks for about a year and a half and have had a wonderful experience. Great customer service! The team has been easy to work with, and the setup process was very straightforward.

Infolinks reached out multiple times trying to buy ad "inventory" for my niche community site (a free algorithm database for speedcubing, no products or e-commerce).
I explained clearly in emails that:

It's not a webshop and has no inventory to sell.
It's a dedicated hobby site with ~500k monthly pageviews, mostly AdSense monetized at low daily revenue.
I provided context (even linked a relevant video).

Despite this, responses kept using generic sales language about "monetizing unsold/undervalued inventory", "guaranteed CPMs for US inventory", "price-priority delivery", etc., as if none of my replies were read.
I asked simple questions about why I should consider them over reliable AdSense — answers stayed promotional and didn't address my situation.
Ironically, I told them they could easily have me as a customer if only they answered my 3 easy questions about MY needs instead of pushing promotional materials — which was never addressed.
Feels like talking to a script rather than a person who reviews publisher sites before pitching. Disappointing experience — hard to build any trust when basic context is ignored repeatedly.

The team at Infolinks responded to my request and had a solution in place within hours. Great support as always!

My website has been around for over half a decade and I've been approached by more ad "opportunities" than I can count but I always turned them down. Infolinks was different - in the best way!!

I would give their attentive customer service team 10/5 stars if I could (and 11 to Scott Messick - the rep who was assigned as my personal contact!) because I've been absolutely blown away by every interaction I've had. I'm not a "tech" person, but they didn't shame/embarrass me about my sillier questions and, instead, walked me through every step of the set-up process. AND, even though their ads have an easy automated option, they understood that I wanted 100% control over how my site - my baby!! - looked. They took the time to teach me how to manually include ads when/where I wanted them within my posts. Best of all? The manual process is nearly as easy as the fully-automated! It was a snap, even for me!

They also walked me through their brand partners - the ads that would rotate/appear - making sure that they were a good fit, and allowing me to nix any that weren't. Thus far? I haven't had to turn any away! Infolinks is just as picky as I am about who they choose to work with - priding themselves on the quality & integrity of the brands they represent! No icky spam or sketchy sites the FTC would raise an eyebrow to or, more importantly, would send my readers running.

The ads are also SO unobtrusive. They don't interfere with the overall look of my site or the reading experience. In my site's genre, there are sites so cluttered with resource-heavy ads that my phone has crashed just trying to read an article! I'm SO HAPPY that isn't the case for MY site thanks to Infolinks!!

Plus - and I know this is the biggie for small publishers like I am - they PAY ON TIME! Infolinks is very clear about how their payments work, they give wonderful daily reports (that you can see on your dashboard AND have emailed to you for your records), and when it's time to get paid they don't "hem" and "haw" about it - it's IN your bank account!

I'm so glad I waited to say "yes" to the right ads partner. Thank you, Infolinks team, for helping me take my site to the next level. And if you're a publisher who's as picky as I am - whose been putting off ad revenue because they couldn't find an agency that wasn't scummy: Your wait is over. I know these guys will take as good of care of you/your site as they have me/mine.

We have had a great relationship with Infolinks and Fiona.
The majority of our inventory is on mobile in-app so we don't get a lot of spend on Web but Fiona is working with us to test app tags to hopefully open up some more inventory for us to work together.
