I have found Darren Goodall of Informed Financial Planning to be a very good financial adviser. He asks a lot of questions and really listens to your plans about life going forward. He not only advises how best to structure your finances to achieve those plans but also challenges ideas you may have for better ways of achieving your goals.

When obtaining advice in relation to finance you need to have confidence in the people you deal with. My experience of dealing with IFP is one of straight talking advice that I feel confident about. They are thorough and professional but deal with the facts for you to decide. If you want to be pampered go to a spa.
