Une déception
Ayant lu de bonne critique sur internet au mois de mars, je pensais que ce fournisseur était fiable, facile à utiliser et bon marché.
C'est tout l'inverse
- Pas fiable : j'ai perdu prés de 1000€ soit disant parce que mon compte a été piraté et utiliser pour des attaque DOS
- Très complexe à utiliser : il faut être devops pour s'y retrouver
- Très cher comparer à d'autre fourniseur
Bref : à éviter

To date, we have received no requests regarding this type of issue; our team is available to assist our customers, so your reference to "being a DevOps" is unfounded.
We are one of the most affordable hosting providers.
VPS was not accessible after purchase
I purchased a Windows VPS and received the IP address, username and password, but the VPS was not accessible through RDP. The RDP status also appeared to be disabled in the dashboard, and trying to enable it did not resolve the issue.
I contacted support through a ticket and am currently waiting for the issue to be resolved.
The ordering process and dashboard are straightforward, and the VPS specifications/pricing are attractive. However, the initial provisioning experience was not smooth because the VPS was not usable immediately after delivery.
I will update my review once the issue is resolved and I have had the opportunity to test the VPS performance and stability.
Okay, I’m updating my review now. They provided me with a new VPS, and I really appreciate it.
