Infynd were very patient during the sales process when we were still deciding which databases we needed for various countries.
The data is good quality and we will certainly buy from Infynd again in the future when we next need to buy in any information for new export markets/new sectors.

From the very beginning, the team has been extremely helpful. Communication has been excellent, and the database they provided has proven to be very valuable.

I was a bit hesitant about purchasing leads since I had a rough experience in the past. But Adrian really took the time to listen and gave me a clear forecast, along with a specific audience that matched our business perfectly. It took some back-and-forth and plenty of questions, but in the end, we got the custom list we needed, and it's been smooth sailing since then! Now, we're getting 5+ new clients booked every week for my team and me. I can definitely say they’re a recommendable guys....

Pricing wise there are okay.....

This company contacted me, first i was a bit sceptical, but eventually we bought some information about clients in Europe. We didn't contract them yet, but for a very small price you can get a lot of information. Only 1 customer is enough to get the initial investment back. Always had nice contact with Parker Mano, and i recommend him for sure.

We've tried several B2B lead generation services, but InFynd stands out by far. We've been using calling data from InFynd for years and never had an issue with grievance or complaints.

The terminology used by a lot of these 1 star reviews leads me to believe that they are more than likely other data suppliers and brokers as the average UK person would refer to scraping and most certainly would create "ficticious email addresses" for the sake of trying to phish for "scammers". I welcome anyone on here which has posted a negative review to contact me directly so that I can ensure to never use data from you again.

If you are struggling to make data sales, don't throw muck at those doing better, just focus on your own product. Shameful.

InFynd is top notch for data quality and integrity. 4+ years working with them (prevously Prominent Contact) and can honestly say we have had no upheld complaints of any form due to their data processes.

So, a travel company sent spam email to an address at my domain that did not even exist, and when I contacted them to find out how and why, they told me that this crooked company InFynd.com had sold them the data under the proviso that the FAKE address had opted in for such emails, which was clearly untrue. Not only were InFynd.com selling the data under false pretences, but they were making the data up too, by means of scraping sources that explicitly do not permit crooks to scrape the data they hold. Further inspection led me to Infynd.com's terms and conditions, which clearly and fraudulently state “Infynd.com, a private limited company organized under the laws of England and Wales”. The thing is, InFynd.com are not a private limited company at all, under any laws of England and Wales. The alleged founder and Director of the business named on the Infynd.com website is not a registered director of any business either. There is however another completely different Limited company that an individual with the same first and middle names is a director of at the Gateshead address, but there is a mass of other names added to the end of that name! How strange? One would think that this Director person is trying to hide, and mislead, so that it's difficult for him to be prosecuted, sued, or something else? Infynd.com also publish a Privacy Policy, where they do actually state the correct name of the Limited company at their address. Quite strangely, they have on this privacy policy a mass of references to GDPR and the ICO, but despite this, they sell fictitious email addresses to legitimate businesses, cheating them, under the guise that there has been an 'opt-in' when there has not, and in addition the email addresses are illegally scraped from sources that do not permit scraping, and then the email addresses are actually incorrect and do not exist, but are made up of elements of real data, and such data has NOT been permitted by the owner of it to be obtained, held, or sold by Infynd.com! For the avoidance of doubt, breaking the law and defrauding anyone is criminal.

Infynd.com publishes a telephone number too, which always goes to voicemail referring to leaving a message for 'him' and not a business! No doubt 'him' is the incredibly desperate, wilfully law breaking, director of Infynd.com.

Total scam. All email links, web links in their emails and on their fake website do not exist!

Sending emails hoping to get you to provide data to them.

They are now working trustpilot's system - requesting that I provide all the data, or they will get trustpilot to remove the honest review.

Trustpilot take note - they are using your "safeguards" to data mine, or remove reviews they don't like!

I received 2 emails from them. The first on 11/7/24 with an opt-out link to stop them selling my data. This required further information, but I provided this in good faith. A second email arrived on 20/7/24 titled "Notice of Sale or Sharing of Personal Data" informing me of their intent to resell my data. Again, with opt-out links. This company operates from India. They only have a VOIP phone number in the UK. They are scammers. Do not give them any of your data!
UPDATE:
On July 20, 2024 I received a reply stating they had removed my information. This is complete nonsense and a lie. My name does not appear in full on TrustPilot, so they could not know my identity. The 2 email addresses concerned are not used on TrustPilot, so they could not know them from this review. Con artists and scammers. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!
UPDATE 2:
They edited their response, following my first update to cover their lies and dishonesty only to be more dishonest. They state that they comply with GDPR rules. They clearly do not and I will be reporting them to the ICO.

Having received an unsolicited e-mail from this company telling me that they were proposing to sell my personal data, I went to their "DO NOT SELL MY INFO" page, only to find that in order to Opt-out they require you to provide even more personal data, beyond that which is publicly available. This must be in breach of personal data protection laws.

They're spammers. They have sent emails to 12 different addresses at a domain I own. This domain has never been owned by a business, and the addresses they've sent the emails to have never been used by anyone. But they expect me to contact them for each one, with the names of the people they've emailed (who don't exist), to remove them from their database. As an individual, they are not allowed to do this under UK law, all collected email addresses must be explicitly opted in, which obviously isn't the case.

Additional info: they've just (15/7/24) replied to this review saying "we do not send emails to addresses without permission". That's just not true, they obviously do. I'm not the only person to complain about their spam.

They're also now asking for more information. But I provided that back in April when they requested it. So they clearly haven't got a clue what they're doing.

Another annoying mailing list company sending unsolicited emails. Amazing that some of the positive reviews seem to have the same names as many of the employees... obviously just coincidence
