SCAM. Never received my parcel

2 months and still have not received my order. Keep getting my order is in transit message. Have tried to contact company numerous times via email for a refund. No response back. Do not order from this company. It's appears to be a scam.

Update: nearly two months later and zero replies to my communications. No refund for broken item (photo documented) and no explanation for a 20% "tax" on my purchase. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS HORRIBLE CHINESE COMPANY. In one way or another, you are guaranteed to be disappointed.

This company is a sham, run by scammers. First issue was a 25% “sales tax” added to my order as an unauthorized charge. I immediately brought that to their attention and requested that order be canceled and a full refund issued. I got the 25% fraudulent charge back, then nothing. I had originally ordered the Picasso face planter in April for a birthday in May. Sent numerous emails requesting cancellation to no avail. finally on July 6, I received the product, reached out again to find out how to return and get a refund and I have been ghosted. Do not do business with this company or their alternate company (I’m assuming) as MEANWHILEY.com did the exact same thing on a different order on the sales tax line and complaint response handled identically.
PayPal was no help as they said I received the item and closed the case.

Product was nothing like described and they made it very difficult to return it.

I ordered 4/24/24 STILL WAITING for my 4 pots to arrive Tracking information seemed to stop in May-I've heard or seen no new tracking activity

My daughter spent over $60 for the medium size pot and yes, it took a month to get here. It is as small as a coffee mug. I have reached out to this company with no response. This was my Mother’s Day gift. I am so disappointed.

Make sure you check what measurements they are using. I paid $39 plus 6 shipping that took over 2 months to get to me. The flower pot is no bigger than my hand.

Very slow delivery -- item went all over Italy. Product was not at all what I expected -- a Picasso-themed plant pot, which was a fraction of the size I had ordered. Can't find website. A complete scam! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS OUTFIT!

Ordered a flower pot; tracking package began but somehow went to IOWA instead of PA. Over 35 days and still no package. Tracking website is also useless. The item is either coming by stagecoach or camel caravan!

TOTAL SCAM! Do not order. I ordered an attractive flower pot that was supposed to be 9" x 6” x 9.5”. It arrived after a month, but it was only 3.5" tall by 2.75" across. It's a freakin' pencil cup! Not a flower pot.
"Support" is nothing more than an endless loop of emails saying how much they intend to help. But they never do.

It’s been took over 2 months to finally receive my items. When my items did arrive they were not what I ordered, I ordered 2 different pots and got 2 of the same. They are cute but tiny. Won’t be ordering again.

Should have NO stars. Ordered horseshoe cross with heart. GARBAGE. They will not refund or return! It’s says iron material it is PLASTIC. Came in a small box no directions. Pieces do not go together as shown. Site says you have 15 days to return but they said it would cost too much and offered me $7.00.Don’t order anything from this website. Same picture. Piece if junk.

I also fell for the horseshoe cross disaster! It is exactly as others have said here...CRAP...PLASTIC...PAINT PERLING OFF.....I have emailed support to refund my money.

I paid $34 for this piece of junk. They offered to refund $12!? How is this right? IT IS NOT!

I can say..if you are going to do business in the US...it is expected to be told the truth up front! You may be able to receive people in China and get by with it but not here!

This company is a joke! I ordered 2 horse shoe crosses that looked really pretty at a cost of $27.95 each plus shipping. When I finally received them 6 weeks later they were unassembled. The parts look like cheap $5 parts from China. I have contacted customer support at least 15 times and they just keep sending the same email, click on continue to chat. They won't respond with anything else. It cost me almost $80 for useless crap. I would give them a minus 10 rating if I could.

Well, I too fell for the cute iron horseshoe cross. Received after a month in a very small box. My husband has been attempting to put together for over an hour. Again, no instructions. Hate it because the picture is adorable. Oh well. Hopefully others will do some research before purchase and see these lovely reviews.8

WHAT I GOT was all plastic pieces i. A plastic bag to try & put the crosses together myself, no instructions. Praise the Lord I received my $84.00 dollars back asap from PayPal when I sent them all the EVIDENCE.

I too, like so many others, was excited to receive my iron handmade horse shoe cross and all I got was a cheap plastic kit. I got the same "apology" that others got and was told that my order was correct. Clearly not what I ordered. Has anyone had any luck disputing the charges with their credit card company?

Every review I have read on this page is spot on. They refuse to refund your money even though it is clearly false advertising. There are not enough screws or whatever to assemble the product. I received pictures and a video of how to assemble. But I kept asking how to keep it together, there is nothing provided to keep it together. The problem is getting the reviews where people can see them before they buy from this company! It took me 10 minutes to find this page.
