Be aware of huge non transparent fees
I bought two tickets for the value of £127 each and the excessive charge fee using seatplan and ingresso was £23 for each ticket. This is a rip off!
The fees were not shown in any way only the complete ticket price. I contacted the customer service and they said it is in accordance with STAR Code of practise. That doesn't help, if companies are allowed to hide any fees.
My fault of using this website. But because I was on the phone and not on a laptop I didn't see easily the exact website I was on. Always make sure you buy tickets on the venue website.
Extremely Helpful
I had a great experience with Nicola at Ingresso. I had a problem with my tickets, I paid the extra for any reason I needed to cancel, but didnât realise it only covered certain things. Any way she was so good and what I thought was going to be an absolute nightmare, she managed to suggest a few options and dealt with to my satisfaction, she was extremely patient and kept everything simple so I knew exactly what was happening, I am now looking forward to our London Theatre Trip in May thank you so much
Fast response
I purchased a theatre evoucher via Ingresso back in September 2025 as a gift for a friend. It arrived but when my friend went to use it, couldn't find it. I also had lost all trace. I wrote to Ingresso asking if a replacement was possible. They passed it on IMMEDIATELY to the relevant voucher company and we had a replacement in half an hour!

We were sold a 'restricted view' seat for more money than the cheapest available seat, unfortunately 'restricted' was an understatment. The barrier in front was too high to look over for my 4yr old son, and only 2/3 of the stage could be seen so we left early. No refund or compensation offered, apalling.

EXTREMELY DODGY COMPANY (and I cannot believe the positive reviews are real). I ordered my theater tickets, gave them my credit card info, then, AFTER that, they say: Oh, you'll get your tickets by email one day before the performance. I thought this was odd. Then, no confirmation or information came. I tried to get a hold of Ingresso. Their link to email customer service doesn't work. Their phone (which I had to work to find) is busy 24/7. No accountability at all. BE CAREFUL!
Word of warning
Word of warning - when you buy your tickets via and make payment to, Ingresso, the website states you will be emailed your tickets 24 hours before the show. You do not get your tickets when you make payment.
However if your tickets are not sent, Ingresso do not take responsibility for sending you your tickets and instead state âif you have not received your tickets, you will have to take this up with the venueâŠâ.
Be prepared to make payment but not receive tickets and have to try to sort this out at the venue. Given the scope for scams I wouldnât use Ingresso again.
Best Customer Service
I intended to book Wicked tickets in April 2025, but accidently booked January 2025. By the time I realized it, the actual show had already been performed. Ingresso customer service was the best! They were sympathetic and advocated for me with the Apollo Theater. My sincere appreciation to Tracy and the entire process that helped facilitate an amazing experience for my family and I.

I couldnât make a showing recently because of a family bereavement. Within 1 hour I had correspondence from the customer service team, allowing me the option of choosing alternate dates and having to pay a minimal charge for new tickets. I am so pleased to not be missing the show or to lose out on the experience all together. Plus, the new dates given were for the same seats. I found the whole process was helpful and quick.

Contacted Ingresso and all they did was give me contact of lovetovisit (payment partner) now I'm running between Ingresso and lovetovisit to get my refund.

Advised would send tickets out up to a week before the show, didn't turn up, told me can take up to the day before to get the tickets when contacted again, still no tickets.
I will never use them again total con, contacted them 24hrs before the show to be told they will have duplicate tickets left at the box office, when my family got there they weren't there, but at least they had the confirmation email of the tickets so was able to still get in.
Outstanding service
I have to say, this company went above and beyond to help with transferring our tickets to another date. This is due to my fiancée being poorly. I would highly recommend them.

I would never book through Ingresso again, please please make sure you save your booking date as Ingresso do not send any email reminders when your show is coming up. I forgot my booking date and therefore missed the show as there were no email reminders and lost £300. No one to talk to apart from email and not helpful. Any other booking agent sends reminders of the booking before the show, please be aware!

Wicked tickets - fractured back reissued.
Hi team, Iâve sent you an email as Iâve tickets for 15th November which you kindly changed from for me but unfortunately at my fractured back is taking longer and I sent email with Consultants osteoporosis review showing how many fractures old and new I have. I would like to change my tickets to around March 2024. Because I should have had treatment by then. I live around 200 miles from London and travelling is a no no just now with a fresh fracture.
