it is fraud and they steal money. I placed an order three months ago, nothing has arrived yet and it certainly won't. A pharmaceutical product can't take three months, I don't need it anymore. They don't return the email.

I bought a dreamgenni pregnancy pillow last week and paid for next day delivery. I did not receive the pillow or any correspondence from them yet payment was taken in full. I am awaiting a refund.

Update: I did get a followup from their customer service and received a pillow this week.

I made an order in inhealth.ie, to pick up at the store in Bray. My order was ready on the next day.
Due to unforseen issues, I wasn't able to pick it up at the store and contacted costumer service via whatsapp. It was great! They were very thoughtfull, and after a few days I asked if my order could be delivered to my home. Again, they were great! And I received my order on the next day!

Appointment booked and paid for 9:50 am on a Sunday morning. Receptionist like a wet blanket, no greeting, given the same form to fill in that I’d already filled in when I booked the scan. Communication poor. Eventually called at 10.15 no apology for being kept waiting, taken to another waiting area and waited another 5-10 minutes. The radiologist was nice the scan ok. The room was extremely cold. The receptionist and first impression- terrible. Now waiting to see if the results come through in the timescale promised. Based on my experience, I would not recommend using this company as a self funder.

I ordered a sling from this company and it arrived very punctually. The item was in perfect condition and packaged well. I'll order from here again.
