Add me to this list. Package took 10 days to get from one part of Ireland to another. When I received the package, only one of the two products I purchased was included. The company's response is that the product has been delivered. No response about the missing item. I'll just dispute the charge with my credit card.

Scam. We’re supposed to buy two items for skin care and I received two of the same and they’re not the real item. They’re not authentic do not buy tried to contact them and then I realized what an idiot I was.

Horrible service. Never received the package and nothing but stalling and back talk when confronted. Still not resolved 2 months later. Do not purchase!!!!

Took my money. Tracking showed from Italy then stopped in Louisville. I contact them and they give me a different tracking number from China. Do not purchase from them they say item was delivered, never got the item.

I wish I had checked here before ordering from this scam company. I ordered a duo set of creams and they only sent one. They would not send the other. Apparently they have done the exact same thing to others. No wonder they have a one star rating!

Worst company I've ever dealt with. Their customer service is a joke. They do not value their customers at all. I ordered two items from this company and only received one. I emailed to see if they could just send me the other item. I even offered to pay the shipping. They've given me the run around for three days saying they could refund me two dollars. Never offered to send me the other item or the full amount for the second item. I've never had a company not want to correct an issue when it was their error. They are a scam company that will do nothing to help the customer.
