I've gifted a stuffed alpaca a year ago. Must say they are very well made and good quality.

The alpaca plushies are great and soft, i have six because I’m soooo obsessed with them. I love that you can put accessories on it as well, and makes them so cuteeee it’s the highest quality alpaca toy out there with real alpaca wool and ethically sourced. A absolute win win!

Jeg elsker deres smukke og bløde alpacaer 🦙🥰 Jeg har bestilt flere gange og har en del efterhånden. Hurtig forsendelse. Dog rimeligt dyrt at få sendt til Danmark. Men hvis man køber for nok penge, er det gratis.

This company is dishonest and uses false advertising to trick the customers.

The tag on your alpaca toys reads "92% alpaca wool" but it is, in fact, alpaca pelt and not wool. Why? Because they're afraid that the negative connotation associated with fur would prevent them from selling their products. When the fans found out, after a lot of confusion, they asked for a public announcement to clarify the matter, but Inkari replied that they wouldn't communicate for fear that it would drive future customers away! Not to mention that these toys, made with animal skin, are advertised for small children too.

Now about other products. The blankets are only made with 30% alpaca wool, and the socks aren't much better. Not to mention that the slippers don't last long-- you only have to wear them for a few weeks for the fur to come off.

While I appreciate the efforts made to support small artisans and provide cruelty-free products, I cannot recommend a company that lacks transparency and purposefully hides information to its (future) customers.

I was looking at the alpaca wool blankets. On one picture I noticed in the upper left corner it said 30% alpaca wool. I feel that saying they are alpaca wool blankets is misleading if they only have 30% alpaca wool in them.

Mia madre si è imbattuta nell'inserzione, mi ha chiesto se fosse attendibile e verificando le recensioni mi sono fidata, così ho acquistato il suo regalo di Natale: un paio di ciabatte in alpaca. Ho aggiunto anche un paio di calze approfittando di una promo che dava diritto ad un secondo paio fortemente scontato.
Il pacco è arrivato dopo Natale, ma ho ordinato forse non in tempo perché succedesse. Il customer service è SUPER. hanno anche aggiunto degli extra fluffy gifts 😃😃

I love Inkari! And I love their customer service. I receiver a pair of fluffy slippers, soooo amazing. One slipper had an error. I wrote Inkari and in a blink of an eye, I got a new pair.

Absolutely terrible customer service . I ordered a poncho which they said has been delivered but I haven’t received it .
No replies to emails to try a d sort out the issue . Very dissatisfied and will never order from them again !

Ik ben helemaal verliefd op de alpaca's. Ze zijn van hoge kwaliteit, suuuuper schattig en vanaf middel formaat komen ze met leuke accessoires. Mijn vriend en ik zijn helemaal fan! De alpaca's worden netjes verpakt en snel verzonden. Bovendien komen ze met een leuke handleiding en zijn ze echt onwijs fluffy. Love it!
