What a service. Ola is amazing at what he does and saved the day yet again my son broke his switch and Ola fixed it in super quick time, we have used Ola for many years and he has never let us down. He's reliable friendly and really does provide the best service in Kent for all you phones, tablets, computers and so much more. Absolutely fantastic service every time.

Had my Sons mobile battery replaced here. What a lovely guy working there, so happy friendly and smiley. Done a really good job and phoned when it was ready. Definitely recommended.

I needed a new iPad screen and was quoted a two week time line elsewhere. Strood Computers replaced the screen within 24 hours and for much cheaper than I had been quoted. First class, very friendly service. Will definitely recommend and use again if necessary. Thank you so much.

The owner is always happy and helpful. Clearly takes pride in what he does. I've had so many positive experiences getting my computer, laptop and phone sorted out on multiple occasions that this shop is always my top recommendation when anyone mentions needing computer or phone repairs.

I took my Toshiba laptop to Strood Computer because i was trying to avoid buying a new one. To my surprise he was able to fix the problem, and even changed the hard drive for a very reasonable prise. I will recommend the company to anyone. It's really a budget repair shop.

Fast, excellent service, been coming here a while now and have never had any problems, if they can fix it on the spot then they will, prices are excellent!! Highly recommended

Ola was very helpful and as I use my phone for business he fixed it on time.

After reading many great reviews about Strood Computers in Medway, Kent i decided to have my iPhone 8 battery replaced which turned into a bit of a nightmare.
After the battery replacement I started experiencing issues with touch on the screen and returned the phone to then be told I needed a new screen. Following the screen replacement i had to return as the earpiece was not working then again for the front facing camera and then for the proximity sensor.
I tried to reset the phone as the touch issues had returned and during this the phone froze and I had to call another company. It was found that the phone had a damaged LCD connector on the motherboard, missing fixings, missing protective internal covers, no waterproof seal and to top it off the battery that had been fitted was faulty.
Before the battery change I had no problems with the phone. it was an untouched iPhone 8 being opened for the first time.
I have tried to leave this review on other websites but the company reports poor reviews quickly making a mockery of the review system. This is an honest review of a genuine experience. Why flag the review at Yell ? Surely honest customer feedback good or bad should be allowable.
Suddenly there are more 5 star reviews within 24 hours of my review. First since August 2020. Coincidence ?
I would not recommend this company. Perhaps other will have better luck.

Unfortunately I managed to run over my phone with the car. It was in a really bad way. I thought it was beyond repair.
But no!! Strood Computers managed to fix it.

I took my grand daughter's phone with a cracked screen in here after a helpful phone call. Excellent Service,charming and friendly gentleman serving in this small business. Easy to park nearby. good value for money to replace screen compared to quotes elsewhere.Also done in 30 mins Time to whizz into Asda nearby and do a small shop ( I was quoted 90 mins wait and twice the price elsewhere!)
I would go again and definitely recommend. Don't be put off by a small narrow, slightly cluttered shop right behind a busy bustop.its the service, the knowledge and the job that counts.

Super customer service, I called the chap in the morning and said I was working till lunchtime and could they look at my two iPhone 5S’s. One had problems charging correctly and also needed a battery replaced, the other had an issue with the home button which would not work at all. I finished work and drove to Strood. I was greeted by the chap I spoke to and presented my two phones. He immediately proceeds to clean/clear so much clogged up Lint and other debris, I was so surprised this was inside my phone. Put the charging cable in and to my amazement, it started charging right away, this chap knows his stuff and (no charge fantastic). I left him with the phones for one battery replacement and one home button replacement while I went for a coffee and a sausage roll (I was asked if I wished to stay while he undertook the work) but i was hungry. Came back 20 minutes later and both had their work done and were ready for me to use. I was so pleased and grateful to now have these two iPhone’s with a new lease of life in them, I don’t need a 7 or 8 or X phone yet while these work efficiently. I have now a Generation 2 iPad (broken screen) and battery replacement for my fixed home screen button iPhone to take in next weekend. Thank you Strood Computers. You did an excellent job and I would thoroughly recommend this business. One other thing the repair costs very very reasonable.
