This is first time i am using this site for ordering, looks best price compare with other sites, need to have more product range with tailor made design,

Frauds.

They will not print and keep raising queries and will never call back.

Timeline to print and deliver - What is that?. They will keep writing a one line query on their own website and that's it, their job is done. Now you have to go and check to respond. Their seems to be no customer service, and the company seems to be a total fraud. Inkmonk kind of companies kill the trust of consumers in ecommerce.

Website interface is bad.
Have to repeat the same step multiple times to progress.
Long loading time.

The printing and glossy material was not installed properly and was in very poor condition.

Pathetic attitude towards an old client

Right now only order has been made but consignment not yet reached. Upon the qualitu I can review your product.

Improve web page design mod.there are meny more problems.save after edit the page preview is different.

The designs available are huge and helpful in to frame personalized cards.

Good and very easy

I wanted to make some changes in my art work after I placed an order but with out taking an approval of the final look you have give it for production. I have been customer in the past but that time an art was only sent for printing only after approval.
