Ink Technologies lacks integrity and does not stand by the products
I have been an Ink Technologies (IT) customer for about 10 years and had no issues until recently. I ordered 6 non-OEM cartridges that were really bad. When I contacted IT regarding the issue, they told me the order was out of warranty.
Unfortunately, I had ordered more cartridges before I needed them so they sat on the shelf until needed and then I realized that they were defective. They would not stand by their product because I had the foresight to order ahead of time? I did have one cartridge that was defective earlier, and I just decided to absorb the loss myself, but 6 bad cartridges is just to much.
I understand policies, but there are policies and there is the right thing to do, and IT did not care to do the right thing. How sad after all these years.
So in the end IT is a company that lacks integrity and I cannot recommend anyone use them.
Don't Trust
They said their cartridges worked with my toner cartridge - apparently, they don't - and when I called they said I could return but that I would be responsible for return shipping - which was as much as the cartridges themselves - don't order from this company - they sell cheap Chinese replacements that very likely won't work with your printers anyway, and their return policy is "ha ha - we got you" -
Remanufactured cartridges are terrible.
I ordered Remanufactured HP 201A Toner Bundle Pack - 4 Cartridges. When I print documents toner gets all over the pages.

The ink cartridge I received from Ink Technology leaked the moment I removed the plastic cover besides messing my hands I also had to wash out ink from my printer.
I personally would not recommend
Ink Technology.

Best customer service experience of my life!
I am a 73 year old retired customer service trainer for the Skillpath Seminar Company. Ink Technologies just established a new high point in my life time of customer service experiences. Nothing I say will do justice to the amazing service I received. I reported a problem with some toner cartridges and replacement ones were at my door step in record time at no cost to me. Do not let saving 74% by buying compatible vs. brand specific cartridges. First, the color copies are beautiful, so clear and crisp. Second, the warranty and returns policy of Ink Technologies has you covered should you ever have a problem. I have purchased from them several times and this was the first time I needed assistance.

Ink cartridge started leaking ink in the sealed package. I contacted customer service they said go to the website for return site says I can't return warranty expired. Who knows how long this ink was leaking out you wont know until you open the box.

How do I give NO STARS?
I ordered an OEM Sharp toner cartridge for my copier. The cartridge was defective. The people at Inktech refused to replace it, saying the warranty was with Sharp. The Sharp people gave me phone numbers of dealers who told be to take it up with InkTech. Everyone pointed fingers at someone else. It was a total run-around and I am left with a defective toner and a wasted day. AVOID InkTech at all costs!
Quality & price beyond expectations!
Our toner was out and the company who supplied the machine told us we were unable to order new toner and that we would need to purchase a whole new system. I went on Google and InkTech came up. They had the toner we needed at an AMAZING price compared to any other site. The toner arrived in a very quick manner and was very easy to install. Our printer is back up and running and I highly recommend InkTech to anyone looking for toner.

Absolutely Horrible Product and Refund Policy
I had purchased a remanufactured HP 78 color ink cartridge because HP no longer is making them. From the very start, the cartridge never printed one of the three colors, and the other two colors barely printed anything out. I ran cartridge cleaning and priming options on the printer and tried other cleaning methods, but nothing fixed the issue. I requested a refund, and when you ask for a refund they want you to ship the cartridge back. They also do not cover the cost for return shipping. When I got the refund, they excluded the original shipping. So, it cost me about $9 just for the shipping back and forth. What a waste of time and money. This experience was so bad that I threw the whole printer out and bought a tank printer just so I would not have to deal with this issue ever again. The old printer worked fine, but the cartridge issue is ridiculous. Do not waste your time on this company.

It doesn't work. So it is lost money. And if you want to send it back, you had to pay for. They send me a new one for free, but that also doesn't work. Waste money, waste time.
