I ordered Red Bull shorts from the site. Camo sweatpants showed up. I returned for a refund and never received a refund and this is almost a year later. Scammer site don’t use.

Wouldn't give even one star if I had the option. DO NOT order from this company or any of the companies associated. Ordered a dress from them and what they sent was a poor quality item nothing like what I had ordered and it was delivered directly from Shein.
Had to raise a claim with PayPal to recieve even a partial refund. Horrible experience and dont want anyone else to lose .pney to these people.

Ordered a black jacket size medium. When it came it looked like it could fit my 9 year old niece. I couldn’t even fit my arms in it. Ridiculous process trying to get a refund. Offering 5% discount on my next purchase instead of returning, then 10% after I said no. After five emails I finally got the return label. I was getting ready to ship it back and there ARE NO TAGS on it! Now they won’t accept it because there are no tags when it came with NO TAGS. I was totally scammed. Disgusting..60.00 bucks down the drain and now I want to cancel the credit card I used in fear of them stealing more from me. Why are they still in business?

I ordered 2 dresses , wish I had read these reviews first. They are nothing what I expected, both polyester which I can't wear. They are disgusting cheap looking but I paid quite a bit , should have bought off Temu would have been cheaper. Going to try get refund but don't like my chances. Never again.

What can I say, other than that I was totally 100% scammed. I ordered a Santa style coat. The coat in the photo is nothing like the item I received. The coat in the photo, looks really lovely with a gorgeous fur trim and really nice embroidery. The coat I received, is made from nasty, tacky, thin, nylon, with a really awful cheap white fur trim. To say that the item I received is a poor facsimile of the item shown in the photo, would be the understatement of the year. I’m beginning to think that the item in the photo isn’t even a real item available for sale. I think this photo is used maybe even on other websites to real people in to take their money I could not be bothered to go on endlessly fighting over the situation, so I accepted a very low refund amount. And next time I shall be a lot more careful.

The item I ordered was advertised as a winter jacket, which is false, as I received a hoodie. I ordered a size XXL, but the item received clearly does not match this size and fits more like a medium.

Inlyline sent me the wrong item, then had the audacity to tell me I’d have to pay out of pocket to return THEIR mistake. That alone is unacceptable, but it gets worse.

Instead of immediately correcting the error, customer service keeps claiming they’re “investigating,” dragging this out and giving me the runaround with no resolution, no accountability, and no urgency. This is not how a legitimate business handles fulfillment errors.

If a company can’t own their own mistakes or stand behind their orders, they shouldn’t be selling online. I will not order from Inlyline again and strongly recommend others think twice unless you’re willing to pay for their errors.

worst, size too small, paid to exchange, then didn't have any sizes, now they giving me the difficulty of NOT refunding by sending a bunch of complicated emails

I had to wait a month to receive my order and it looked nothing like the picture it didn't fit right and the material is awful I give the site a F do not waste your money or time

DON'T DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY - Absolutely rubbish to deal with, tried cancelling my order within the 24hr timeframe, and everytime I emailed got the same reply back regarding discount and now I've received an email stating they have sent item. No longer want item due to quality issues that I've read so don't like my chances of actually obtaining a refund.

Send wrong size product. When trying to resolve issue. Was offered $8 credit towards next order. When I refused to purchase again because of first order failure, was told to return product at my expense. Don’t waste time purchasing with this company

Like many people I ordered from this company based on their high ranking on Google and the professional looking website.

The items were poor quality fake copies from brands like Rip Curl and Quicksilver that did not match the pictures or descriptions.

After ordering and noticing the payment went to a different company I was immediately suspicious and requested to cancel the items as per their Terms and Conditions (with 24 hours). Despite making 3 requests within 6 hours, filling a form and receiving confirmation, they still shipped the items and refuse a refund.

Not only do Inlyline sell fake products but the advertised the terms and conditions are worthless.

Do not buy anything from this company.

If I could give it a zero I would. I feel I was taken in by deceptive advertising. The item I received looked nothing like the quality on the Pinterest page - never order from Pinterest! It took weeks to receive and no where did I understand I was ordering anything from outside of the US. My bad I should have researched this company first. To return and receive a 30% back, minus the cost for me to ship it back is totally unworth it. Truly the saying buyer beware applies to this company.

Everything went wrong with this company . The picture for the item I wanted to buy was false , they sent the most ugliest dress that I did not order & when I responded they refused to refund and send the product . $22 refund and to keep the ugly item or $22 store credit . No apologies & no changes . I have reported them to the ACCC & will never recommend this site and hope to shut them down permanently . Company is unethical & false advertising.

The cost look nothing like the picture. The color was not the color I expected. It's orange and not close to the carlhart color. The paints is garbage material. And the shirt is awful. I will never order this fake mess again

the company i know as Lilyline? long delivery time, all from China unfortunately, i ordered twice, first order not bad, so i ordered 2 dresses, finally arrived looked everywhere for labels, i ordered large did not fit basic design way too small from what i have read i will give my order to charity. complete waste of time and money to return. shame never again will delete from facebook. need to be extra careful when ordering on line. not happy. at all no stars from me.
