Absolutely amazing service from start to finish. The whole team were just so caring and so helpful. May was brilliant at managing everything and it was so nice knowing my brother had the perfect send off. Highly recommend

The service and support I received from the In Memory of Life team - especially, from Holly - has been absolutely outstanding! In my opinion, there was not one single aspect of the funeral-arrangement process - from beginning to end - that they did not handle with absolute first-class efficiency and compassion. I will be making it a condition in my will that my next of kin use In Memory of Life, when my own time comes.

The team at In memory of life were amazing, especially May, who was so kind and patient.
Losing a loved one is always hard but we were supported by this fantastic team throughout.
Robin, our celebrant was so warm and kind and took time to really learn about mum. Donna and her team on the day took care of every thing beautifully and sent our mum on her journey with grace, compassion and care.
I can't recommend In Memory of Life highly enough, their warmth and caring was above and beyond.

I called 3 different funeral homes. In memory of life was the only one who responded immediately. I would like to thank Harriet. Talia was fantastic. Communication throughout was brilliant, text, telcon and emails. Talia was very thorough. Talia helped me navigate between me and the carehome manager. On the day Peter the funeral director was calm, pleasant, polite and very organised. Our celebrant was Becky who spoke in a clear concise manner wrote a beautiful Eulogy and delivered it lovely. We also decided on the webcast and rolling screens. I would like to thank all the staff for their kindness and understanding at what was a difficult time. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Went above and beyond to make sure we were ok and informed us every step of the way, the compassion shown was heart warming, cannot recommend in memory of life enough, from first interaction to last I was treated with kindness compassion and was made to feel comforted along the way.

Harriet was outstanding, a credit to her profession. I wanted a 'Mom & Pop' funeral director, but Harriet's bedside manner from the get go was amazing, and her planning and attention to detail was spot on. She was genuine and this came across on the phone and Whatsapp. The funeral went exactly to plan, and she helped with a last minute webcast too. I could not recommend enough everyone at IMOL. I have no siblings and have never orgainsied a funeral before, so thank you again for all your help and trust. James Connelly.
