Leider musste ich etwas länger warten als normalerweise. Das war die Aussage von Inmotion und daraufhin haben Sie entschieden, dass ich den Rechnungsbetrag für die Reparatur nicht zahlen muss. Das fand ich sehr kulant. Ich kann Inmotion somit als Vertrauensvolles Unternehmen weiterempfehlen.

Ich habe kürzlich einen Inmotion Climber erworben und direkt bezahlt. Das Produkt selbst übertrifft meine Erwartungen. Lediglich ein kleines Softwareproblem tauchte auf, das jedoch dank einer schnellen Remote-Diagnose ohne Rücksendung behoben werden konnte.

Der Kundensupport erwies sich als äußerst freundlich, zuverlässig und aufmerksam. Besonders schätzte ich, dass ich während des gesamten Gesprächsverlaufs stets mit derselben Person kommunizierte – ein Aspekt, der mir persönlich sehr wichtig ist.

Trotz einiger kleiner Unannehmlichkeiten, hauptsächlich bedingt durch UPS, vergebe ich volle 5 Sterne und würde jederzeit wieder bei Inmotion Store (EU) einkaufen!

Hoffe es kommt eine Art Climber v2. ;-)

J'ai acheté ma V13 sur le site inmotion-Store en étant accompagné du début à la fin par le SAV qui a très vite pris en compte mon problème (pb adresse de livraison via Paypal). Suite à cela j'ai pu recevoir ma Challenger à la maison mais avec une commande incomplète suite à un défaut d'approvisionnement de l'usine. Il me faut encore attendre 2 semaines pour recevoir la béquille que j'attends. Cependant, le sérieux et la rigueur du SAV m'ont dissuadé d'être insatisfait, car ils ont toujours répondu clairement à toutes mes questions. Comme quoi il peut y avoir des problèmes partout, mais tant qu'il y a de la communication, la situation reste acceptable.

J'ai commandé une trottinette sur le site inmotio-store.com. Un service client rapide et efficace et une réception de mon matériel reçu dans les temps malgré une erreur de destination que j'avais commise lors de ma commande et que Anas à réglé avec le livreur. A recommander fortement pour leur accompagnement.
