I attended the Zen Co-Live in October 23, in Portugal. I cannot speak highly enough for the care, and attention to detail made by Harry and the Innate team. They struck a great balance between co-ordinated scheduling (EG: the daily Zen sessions, along with some weekly group dinners, etc.) and encouraging an easy flow of organic scheduling (EG: Someone from the group offers an ecstatic dance ceremony, sharing circles, etc.)
I also want to emphasise the unique mix of people. Similar (in terms of sheer kindness and many common interests) but different (in terms of backgrounds and experiences).
The venue was excellent. The place had volleyball courts, a large shala, several pools, a communal garden area, etc. The staff on the campus were also lovely.
Finally, I was very impressed and grateful to be in the presence of Zen teacher Ryoshin, who brought his considerable experience and wisdom to bear on the 30 days together.
All in all, a wonderful 30 days together, with some profound moments of connection and heartfulness.
I hope to be able to attend another colive soon!

I was in the Inner Sound Colive in Northern Portugal in September/October 2023. Stunning venue with friendly staff. The sound sessions were lovely and the group activities were delightful!
I met amazing group of people and formed deep connections, creating beautiful memories. I am truly grateful for this experience and looking forwards to what's to come from Innate. 🫶

I joined the sound colive in Portugal, September 2023 and it was truly amazing. If you want to connect with yourself, like-minded people and want to experience a community feeling while you work remote, I highly recommend everyone to do this.

I was feeling burnt out and disconnected from myself after a long and stressful period of my life. I needed a place to find peace and clarity, and I found it at the June coliving experience in Portugal.

The daily silent meditations were a great way to get into stillness and declutter my mind. I was able to let go of all the stress and anxiety that I had been carrying around, and I started to feel more grounded and centered.

I also appreciated the supportive community of like-minded people at the coliving space. Everyone was so kind and welcoming, and I felt like I could really be myself around them. I was even able to find the courage to lead some of the ecstatic dancing sessions for the first time. It was an amazing experience to be able to share my love of dance with such a beautiful and supportive group of people.

Overall, my experience at the coliving space was truly transformative. I came here feeling lost, and I left feeling whole and inspired. If you're looking for a place to rest, recharge, and connect with yourself and others, I highly recommend it.

Innate was a whole experience, thanks to an amazing international community of conscious and kind individuals. I feel grateful to have been (and be) part of it!

I joined the meditation co-live in June 2023. We stayed on this beautiful farm an hour away from Porto, Portugal, hosted by the owners Paulo and Teresa.

My intention was to deepen my meditation practice and experiment with a different lifestyle combining work, travel, nature and community. It turned out to be a stimulating and challenging learning experience.

The first thing I noticed coming out of the co-live was the level of clarity and awareness arising from a month of meditation and yoga. Not only am I a more natural meditator, my days just flow better. Most importantly, it's helped me see, with crystal clarity, the actions I need to take in life.

I find the best way to experience a co-live is to be radically open-minded and accept all the differences in personality and lifestyle. Living with a group of highly entrepreneurial folks from all over the world has opened my mind and challenged many of my beliefs and choices. It's also a great way to make friends in a deep and meaningful way.

If you find yourself drawn to Innate's mission, it means you're a good fit and could learn some invaluable lessons from the co-live. If in doubt, take the plunge and go for it!

Finally, I'm grateful to Harry for bringing this community together, to Edgar for being a positive and dynamic companion, and to Thomas for his strong presence and spiritual guidance 🕉🙏

I joined the May 2023 co- live in Portugal and had a really magical experience. My intention was to reignite my long ago abandoned meditation practice and to co-work with others.

There were so many aspect of this experience that went way above and beyond my expectation. The first was the other participants- I was gorgeous to be with so many kindred spirits, I laughed SO much and love that I have mades some wonderful friends for life. The second was the accommodation is stunning and super comfortable- Paulo and Tereza were wonderful hosts and made me feel so at home. The third was the meditation sessions everyday. I loved the guidance by Helen and it felt delicious to sink into a deep state of bliss on (most) days! Three weeks on and I am still meditating twice a day which is a huge win for me!

Harry and Edgar were exceptional hosts, super fun, responsive and also gave us space to be and create.

If you are looking for a colive experience, I highly recommend Innate.

A recipe to inspire growth, connection, insight, ideas, and many laughs. All in beautiful sceneries of nature and while being able to run my business. Thank you for your kindness and openness, I can't wait to see what else the team at Innate are up to in the future!

The meditation colive is the best experience I have ever had! The vibe of the community and all of these amazing people in one place, close to the nature! It is amazing how a small group of people can change your life in a such an amazing way. The organisation is perfect, the venues are always the best! You will never regret joining and having this experience! P.S. I still keep my meditation practice every day ;)

This is the way we should be living!

Feeling burnout from lonely London life, a tiny part of me was hoping this would be a cult. I thought a cult might be a nice break from bleak winter in the late-stage capital city.

Innate is not a cult; we were asked to leave on the last day, but I was not disappointed. It was an escape into nature, a holiday for my lungs, a chance to slow down and regroup. I found other people also searching for adventure, wonder, peace and connection. And over the course of a month, I had a number of experiences that have changed the way I think about myself, other people, my current community, the ideal community, and on and on.

I wanted to experience awe, I wanted to develop a better relationship with meditation - taking us from 'distant third cousins' to 'best friends', and I wanted to connect with other people- Innate ticked those boxes.
*most boxes: Meditation is now a 'mutual' so not quite a 'best friend' but this was a month-long co-live, not a miracle.

The accommodation and surroundings were gorgeous, beyond my expectations. Absolutely loved the venue and the owners, Paulo & Teresa, treated us like family.

It's an incredible experiment, brilliantly executed by Harry that I would recommend.

I think many people are in search of something more and the Innate experience led me to an understanding that what I was searching for is "home". The rest was up to me; I had the freedom to explore the surrounding towns, take a community-led yoga class, go to the beach, work all day by the pool or chill at the secret waterfall.

As well as group dinners and activities organised by Edgar, we had amazing community-led workshops, cookery classes, meditation retreats, group hiking trips, sing-a-longs, and boardgame nights. But what I truly valued was the space and time that Harry created for all of us to just "be". And to breathe.

I attended the May 2023 Meditation Colive in Portugal. It was an amazing and life-affirming experience. I met a wonderful group of other meditators, and was able to participate in incredible co-created workshops, classes and events alongside working on my business. I found a new level of focus and created deep connections and friendships for the future. Highly recommend.

I'm truly grateful for the community experience that Innate provided. I'm carrying away valuable insights, warm memories and I do feel like something has shifted in me for real. I think the company is providing great opportunities for people to evolve and open up in a good way. I'm curious to see how Innate will evolve in the future 🤘🧘‍♀️✨

I'm inspired to look for more meditation co-livings and retreats - perhaps with Innate again:)

Genuinely a life changing experience for me. It's helped catapult me into a more authentic and aligned way of living. My business has massively benefitted from how I evolved as a person during this time.

There's something really powerful about being in community with inspiring people for a month.

It's a growth experience. Not everything goes perfectly - such is life. What made it such a powerful experience was that it felt real and not forced or overly scheduled. Harry has a great ethos of bringing the people together and letting us co-create what the experience is. It works.

I love the vision and I love the tribe that is building around it.

I attended the yoga colive in Bali. And although the island is truly magical. The magic came from the community around me. From jam sessions that took my breath away to workshops that were so much fun. This journey didn’t only allow me to reconnect, readjust, aim, and fire in my own journey, I also met like-minded people I can call, friends for life. I shared laughter and love with this community, and it that made me realise once again that, home will always be where the heart is.
Hands down worth the experience.
Can't wait to see you in the next colive!

Awesome Co-Living experience. Everyone really connected and vibes were good, thinking about the next Innate experience ever since

I went on a meditation colive in Portugal with Innate. This was one the best experiences of my life. Such an incredible tribe of people. I felt so much love and connection with everyone on the colive. I made valuable connections for my career as well as friends for life. We danced under the stars and sang and meditated together. We swam in the oceans, and wandered through the forest. A true spiritual connection. And I was able to do my job remotely at the same time! Amazing. Also the meditation teachers were incredible and really helped me develop a whole new dimension to my meditation practice that I never discovered before after 7 years of meditation. So that really blew my mind and my heart wide open. Thanks to Harry and Sasha for creating such a wonderful experience! :)

The Meditation Co-Live I attended was incredibly well-curated. All participants were carefully selected, which allowed for a wonderful mix of different people - something that was important to me as a queer person. I got along with everyone and am happy to call many of them friends now - we're still in contact with lots of plans to visit each other in the near future. Any small challenges between participants were resolved in skilled and compassionate ways. As a facilitator myself I could see the care that was put into building a safe container.

The meditation teachers were very skilled, humble, and had a great sense of humor. The schedule was very open and all participants got a chance to contribute to the program as well, which greatly added to the overall experience! No one was told to show up to every meditation and yet almost all early morning meditations were well attended. I loved how the laid back atmosphere went hand-in-hand with a serious daily meditation practice.

The organization was smooth although we could sometimes feel this was one of the first runs they had (especially at this location). However, the support, openness, and helpfulness of and from the facilitators and organizers completely made up for that.

The whole experience was joyful, meaningful, and strongly contributed to my capacity to bring my meditation practice into my every day life. Living in community like this, in such a beautiful place with so many cool things to do was just amazing and I wholeheartedly recommend anyone interested to gift themselves a co-live with Innate!
