My wife comes twice a year and has always liked visiting, but after this experience we won’t be returning. During her appointment, she was encouraged to get extra Botox without being informed of the cost, and was later presented with an additional £200 charge on top of her initial bill. All costs should be clearly communicated beforehand, as she had no idea the treatment would end up being so expensive.

I always have such a wonderful experience when I arrive at Innersense. I feel completely at ease thanks to their warm, calming presence. The treatments with Brigid are incredibly relaxing, and you can really tell she is skilled and passionate about what she does. My skin feels refreshed, lifted, and glowing afterward, and I’m left feeling both physically and mentally rejuvenated. Her professionalism and kind nature is lovely and she pays great attention to detail and makes the whole session feel personalised to my needs.
I would highly recommend Brigid to anyone looking for a high-quality, relaxing facial massage. I always look forward to mine ❤️xx

Great set up & service in Wetherby!

The staff are so welcoming and helpful from the moment you walk through the door. I have been having regular treatments with Robyn for around 6 months. I cannot fault her professional yet friendly manner. Everything is fully explained and Robyn has been very helpful answering my questions about other skin concerns I plan to address in the future. Innersense is a great place for all your aesthetic needs, be it Wetherby or York. My therapist, Bridgid, is one in a million. I've been seeing her for a number of years, and trust her to work calmly and efficiently with the care and empathy some procedures require. When my treatment plan is over, I will be bereft, but that's where other potential treatments come in! I enjoy my sessions and love Brigid dearly. Thank you sweetheart!
