In general really fun, a bit boring to be honest at some point but just today I was playing my first round and got imposter. I was disconnected from the surver 1 minute later. The same thing happened to me a couple hours ago when I was imposter, never when I’m crewmate. When I tried joining again, it said I was intentionally re joining and disconnecting too much and had to wait 15 minutes to play again. Mind you it was the fist time I had played in a couple hours

Cant log in because of their "kidswebservices" security system.
You dont need a guardian over 18 yo..
and the game doesnt send emails, either.
Month later, support not fixing this

Among us keeps crashing because of bugs, and it's really frustrating to play

Customer service doesn't know anything, can't do anything and just burp the same questions over and over... totally useless.

Now it's just littered with idiotic brainrotted children, racists, trolls, teamers and gooners - somehow in a game about asocial deception... literally 1 in 10 chance of getting an actually competent lobby nowadays. The addition of tags including "expert" also doesn't do anything, literally every "expert" labeled lobby is the exact same and full of even more speds then non-labeled lobbys. How about neglecting to do anything and just adding pointless cosmetics, actually make a way for mature and competent people like me to enjoy the game without having to argue with children every single lobby.

I love the game and the new updates constantly improve the game, i realy love the new search filter mechanic when finfing a game becuase very game i went in had 999 miles per our walk speed, now i can enjoy normale walking speeds.
i wish people where still making among us animations because those where very fun to watch, i cant wait for the upcoming among us netflix series!
the only reason i give you a 4 stars is because the stars cost real life money and there are only a few available pets without stars.

most terrible company OAT. Fix your game it glitched out so I left and it banned me for 109 MINUTES. I couldn’t play because your game glitched. Unbelievable. Despicable. Unfathomable. And most importantly. Mind boggoling.

the new «fungle» map is awsome!!! I love the zipline.

Amazing experience, the company listen to the community frequently and are just generally nice people.

Received permanent ban for swearing.

Almost everybody swears and is somewhat abusive, and I am astonished to have received a PERMANENT ban for this. If you’re banning me for something 50% of your community is doing, I want a REFUND!

My email was mistakenly used by someone else on their platform. Customer service doesn’t care, despite several emails to them. Terrible service and clear lack of security

among us best game

So I got really top notch threats on their app as a player, they did not take any action claiming I could not provide them with user ID of the abusive players. I checked online and hundreds of people like me had the same issue-> getting blocked before they could screenshot the abusers or report them.
To prove this, days later, in another unrelated case, I was able to finally take a screenshot of abusers. Now? They have the user ID fo the abusers and are taking literally no actions, and not replying. They have sold themselves in hopes for profit but I hope they not only taste a more bitter medicine, but that they fall to the ground as a company asap.

I never become the imposter I change everything but I can't been imposter please change worst not good please fix this error very bad experience

I love playing among us, the only request i would like to make if that they should have a free marvel cosplay for players to use even DC and other many famous movies and or tv shows!

If I had to rate. this one out of 10 I would give it an 8 the other 2 is because you have to buy stars to be able to get the new update stuff like the pusheen cat So I would love it if you made them so you could get them like the beans but not the beans the stars and you should totally try to make a new map It would be so cool By the way I love your game and I've been playing it since 2020 And I've loved it ever since also could you add more hats and face accessories and outfits and colors pls🙏

Great customer service.

I want to know what constitutes a one week ban with no warning? A game that is polluted with hackers that I think I got blamed for? Add some security. Warn a person and tell them the reason maybe start with a 10 min ban. Really need a week ban? Also strong work on the new room names everyone loves that update! This company has really jumped the shark. Game was fun months ago but maybe because I don’t purchase anything you don’t want me clogging up your server. Honestly not sure I will ever open the game again and am going to advise other family the same. Way to run a company into the ground!

I've been getting constant error messages saying "An unknown error disconnected you from the server" which happened during the time they got rid of the guest account feature, meaning I can't access their services at all. Rest assured - the issue has nothing to do with my internet connection.

Contacted Innersloth's customer support, who have so far been absolutely useless at sorting out this issue and won't give me simple directions at fixing this error. I don't think I've ever came across customer services that was this bad before!

All in all, their servers are extremely unreliable and their customer support won't be of much help. Once you get the dreaded "An unknown error disconnected you from the server" error message, it's game over. I can't recommend anyone do business with Innersloth.

I've been talking with customer support for 5 days and they've sent me 9 different replies, non of which answered the simple yes or no question that I was asking them.
