Nabend zusammen,

Vor kurzem wurden mir bei einem der Spiele von innogames, Premium Währung im spiel angeboten damit ich ein Wichtiges dorf für meinen Account an einen anderen "verkaufe" was in dem regelwerk des Spiels im grunde ein absoluter ban grund ist. bzw nochmalerweise eine Löschung des Accounts nachsichzieht. Was ist der account war 2-3 Tage gesperrt & nicht weiter darüber hinaus & hat dann offenbar eine zeit gutschrift erhalten ! oder ähnliches erhalten.
Absoluter Schlechter Publisher. Zudem Absolutes PaytoWin Game.

The-west admins in Ro are corrupt and close their eyes to players that pay more. Some of the players having cole and bot system for cheating. Most of them are playing from 2 devices with many account. Why not making possible to register only by ID card or similar, that not allowing people to have more then 1 account.

Inno is the WORST company when it allows some players to cheat but tell others they will be banned. They have received too many complaints about allowing some players to bot, but not everyone.

Dieser Support ist so was von schlecht.

Vorgefertigte Antworten, kein links, kein rechts. Man bekommt drei mal den gleichen Textbaustein, anstatt mal vernünftig auf das Annliegen einzugehen.
Also solche antworten habe ich in der Grundschule auch schreiben können.

Innogames wird immer schlechter und sollte sein Verhalten gegenüber langjährigen Spielern echt mal überdenken!

The West era un gioco strategico, competitivo e coinvolgente. Richiedeva impegno, pianificazione e costanza. Oggi è diventato un prodotto sempre più orientato alla monetizzazione, dove l’equilibrio tra giocatori è stato compromesso da eventi ripetitivi, premi sbilanciati e meccaniche pensate più per spingere agli acquisti che per valorizzare l’esperienza di gioco.

Molti aggiornamenti sembrano superficiali: nuove grafiche, nuovi set, nuove “occasioni”, ma poca innovazione reale. Il gameplay è rimasto stagnante, mentre l’aspetto economico ha preso il sopravvento. Chi investe denaro ottiene vantaggi evidenti, chi gioca con costanza e passione viene progressivamente penalizzato.
La comunicazione con la community è debole. Le segnalazioni spesso restano senza risposte concrete, e le decisioni sembrano scollegate dall’esperienza dei giocatori storici che hanno sostenuto il gioco per anni.
È frustrante vedere un titolo con un potenziale enorme trasformarsi in una piattaforma di eventi ciclici e offerte temporanee. The West meritava una visione a lungo termine, non una gestione focalizzata quasi esclusivamente sul profitto.

Scrivo questa recensione non per rabbia, ma per delusione. Perché quando un gioco ti ha dato tanto, vederlo peggiorare fa più male che abbandonarlo.

Der Support ist eine einzige Abwimmel-, Hinhalte-, Vertröstungs-Maschine mit vorgefertigten Antworten und völlig unfähig! Selbst der "höchste" Administrator schreibt absoluten Bullshit wenn man denn eine berechtigte Frage hat. Also das kann man sich absolut schenken, es sei denn man will sich selbst mal wieder so richtig ärgern.
FoE war mal ein ganz tolles Game und wird mit JEDEM einzelnen Tag und mit jeder Verbesserung schlimmer.
Eine Katastrophe jagt die nächste und im Geld aus der Tasche ziehen wollen ist Inno mittlerweile ganz sicher ganz weit mit oben zu finden. Inno hat das Game rasant zu Tode fragmentiert und auch für eingesetztes Geld bekommt man nur noch Müll. Da kann ich lieber meinem Müllwerker das Geld geben, der freut sich zumindest mehr drüber und hat es ganz sicher auch eher verdient als unfähige Mitarbeiter von Inno das Geld in die Taschen zu stopfen.
Ein Krampf ums aufwerten von Kampfpunkten die am Ende dennoch niemals reichen, da Inno kurz vor knapp, wenn die Mehrheit es erreichen sollte mit tausendprozentiger Sicherheit die Stellschraube erneut anzieht.
Der angeblich Algorhythmus ist zum todlachen. Keine Ahnung wer von den Pfeifen da was programmiert hat.
Unfähig sonder gleichen - Also liebe Leute - wenn ihr ein Game braucht wo ihr zunächst denkt "Oh wie schön" dann nur ganz sicher Spielfrust statt Spiellust haben möchtet, dann meldet euch bei InnoGames an. da wird Euch geholfen und zwar umgehend ;-)

This was my thoughts on it... I got my phone while awaiting for new daily and I drifted off it's then when this thievette came in constantly locking eyes and then after rushing out after I saw this red object in hand and poof, she had "family Emergency" however...

A skilled pc coding pro sent us a printout showing we tree to be a clown(we all got the label and we also had to be 1st submission while everyone else had no time constraints! Then this latest one she flashed on and on... when one dumpster mummy made worthless by the abuse sustained from this awful so weight goal wayyyy past challenged. Every chance to ridicule us by anyone was encouraged! We had paychecks stolen. This company spread disgusting rumors about us! We endured for years and didn't want to drag the waters until finally finding out the truths of how pitiful we 3 are. It's definitely up to players toPorno2Play.

Inno is the WORST company when it allows some players to cheat but tell others they will be banned. They have received too many complaints about allowing some players to bot, but not everyone. Complaints just get ignored. Terrible company do not waste your time or money with any Inno game!!!

I am writing this to warn every fair player and investor about the systemic corruption and gross negligence on the Hungarian Tribal Wars (Klánháború) server v98.
1. Staff-Assisted Cover-ups:
After several top-tier players (e.g., =Unbeatable=, HoQi) openly admitted in-game to using 2-5 person "Dual/Trial" accounts (a clear violation of TOS 5.5 & 5.7), the local Community Manager (Azalgard) issued a formal notice on Jan 13, 2026. Instead of banning the cheaters, the CM instructed them to delete all evidence of these admissions to "protect" themselves. This is not moderation; it is an active cover-up of contract violations by official InnoGames staff.
2. Abuse of Power and Threats:
When I reported technical bugs and these TOS violations, Game Master "Senq" responded with unprofessional aggression, mocking my reports and threatening me with a permanent ban and removal from my clan. The German headquarters acknowledged the "unprofessional tone" but refused to take disciplinary action, essentially giving local staff a green light to harass whistleblowers.
3. Impossible Statistics Ignored:
The current rankings show József atya (YD) with 40 villages, nearly 300% more than any other top player. Despite TW Stats proving 24/7 activity and inhuman reaction times (confirmed by millisecond-precise attack logs), InnoGames claims their "internal logs" show nothing wrong. It is biologically impossible for a single human to maintain this pace for months.
Conclusion:
InnoGames protects high-spending "whales" and allows local staff to ignore the TOS. If you value your time and money, stay away from this rigged environment. I have escalated this case to the European Consumer Centre (ECC) under TOS Section 15 for gross negligence and financial damages.

Elvenar... also ich muss mal nach der ganzen Kritik, die mit Sicherheit teilweise echt berechtigt ist, was positives hier lassen...Elvenar... mega Spiel, hier sieht man schon das sich der Entwickler echt Mühe gegeben hat.. kreative Köpfe am Werk sind... ich bin mehr als begeistert und habe schon mit der dritten Stadt angefangen🤗

Intransparente Prozesse bei Account-Entscheidungen

Ich habe InnoGames lange als professionellen Spielebetreiber wahrgenommen.
Meine jüngste Erfahrung mit Support, Community Management und Datenschutz war jedoch enttäuschend.

Bei einer Accountsperre wurde ich mehrfach zwischen verschiedenen Stellen verwiesen:

Support verweist auf Community Management

Community Management verweist auf Datenschutz

Datenschutz bestätigt zwar die gespeicherten Daten, erklärt aber, für Sperren nicht zuständig zu sein

Am Ende bleibt der Nutzer ohne klare Auskunft:

wer die Entscheidung getroffen hat

auf welcher konkreten Grundlage

und über welchen Weg eine sachliche Überprüfung möglich ist

Besonders problematisch empfinde ich die fehlende Transparenz:
Moderations- und Sperrentscheidungen werden nicht nachvollziehbar erläutert, Einspruchsmöglichkeiten sind faktisch eingeschränkt, und Verantwortung wirkt stark fragmentiert.

Mir geht es nicht darum, Regeln oder Moderation grundsätzlich infrage zu stellen – die sind notwendig.
Aber klare Zuständigkeiten, nachvollziehbare Begründungen und echte Dialogmöglichkeiten sollten bei einem Unternehmen dieser Größe selbstverständlich sein.

Technisch stark, organisatorisch verbesserungswürdig.

A terrible game, typical Pay-To-Win, a completely unplayable piece of s…!
- What you pay for now will soon be worthless,
- the rules change mid-gameplay,
- players' money is notoriously embezzled,
- in response to protests from the robbed players, Inno Games states that "no compensation will be given”!
I strongly advise staying far away from any monstrosities produced by InnoGames—it's a classic SCAM!

Das Spiel FoE macht Spaß. Tolle Mitspieler, die Entwicklung ist rasant (fp-Ernten bei Eventgebäuden und bei Kampfneuerungen).
Schade jedoch, dass der Support stellenweise total versagt.
Mein Account (10 Jahre und im höchsten Level wurde gelöscht. Antwort des Supports: ist gelöscht. Nix zu machen. WAS IST DAS FÜR KUNDENSERVICE??
Man hätte im back nachsehen und den Account zurückholen können - laut Spielregeln wäre löschen nicht möglich gewesen- keine Kontrolle des Supportes oder Phlegma?
Schade. Hab wieder von vorn begonnen, aber der Spaß ist fast weg. Kann nur abraten. Gibt Spiele mit verlässlicherem Support

Man sperrt Spieler ohne genauen Grund, man hätte Dörfer geschenkt bekommen und sich somit einen Vorteil verschafft, 1. Sollte sich der Support mal genau überlegen was in ihren Regeln steht! 2. Wurden bashpoints gemacht!
Man hat alles vorgetragen was man vortragen kann, man verlangt Be- und Nachweise aber man bekommt genau gar nix! Über 600 euro in 2 Wochen verheizt, nun geht das ganze Prozedere mit Paypal los...
Ich kann nach vielen Jahren DS nur eindringlich vor dieser Firma warnen! Kauft euch nen Game im Laden oder wo auch immer, da hast am ende mehr Spaß als dich gier verscheißern zu lassen!

I bought a few cheaper packs when I started the game, but wondered why I was being charged in USD when I live in Australia.
I sent in a ticket and their response was 'the price is correct in dollars'. Now don't think I'm being picky, but a USD is not the same as a AUD (in fact currently 1USD is 1.5AUS, plus you get charged and exchange fee by whatever back it goes through).
The so-called support person just insists the prices are correct in dollars which of course is inherently a ridiculous thing to say. So I decided to ask some fellow players only to find that almost every country seems to have the prices in their own currency. so again, why am I being charged in USD? I don't play using a VPN, I use a PC only to play. I've had one other Australian player actually show me screenshots of his store in AUD but then I noticed that the exchange rate is like 1.8 to 1 and not 1.5 to one so they are ripping people off as well as not even understanding their own system.

Inno is corrupt in taking money online. Things you pay for will expire. If you put in time to play for rewards you have to take the rewards on their time and if you miss your chance you do not receive the rewards. Inno has a huge amount of complaints compiled on them all for good reasons

The game has a lot of glitches and is slow and crashes, sometimes. Main goal is not to provide of fun ongoing exp. but to change that every chance they get, in order for you to NOT play free but spend hundreds of dollars on a pretty boring and lame game. They want your money so chances are you won't enjoy game play unless you got some. Free play is almost impossible now. They used to have opportunities to get the diamond that pays for everything but have cut it way back or out completely so you HAVE to spend hundreds of dollars too
play a "free" game.
