The job from start to finish was done professionally and to a very high standard.
Martin (I think) Rooke who came to assess and look at what not needed doing was prompt and professional and really helpful, he included me in all the aspects of the assessment and gave me a clear understanding of my drainage under my kitchen floor. Then when the lads turned up to complete the works Luke and Frankie were so prompt and worked so hard (on the hottest day of the year) and completed the job to a very high standard. Not forgetting Stephanie who handled my claim she was easy to contact and I was aware what was happening through. Overall I could not recommend this company enough it’s 5***** from us.

Allen and James from Underground Services did an excellent job at putting right a shoddy repair made by previous sub contractors.

Very prompt response to the request for their services. Professional staff at all points of contact, from first phone call to conclusion of the task. The two staff who carried out the work, namely Chris and Charlie, displayed a professional manner and were understanding in how concerned my wife and were about the water leak on our property. They took time to investigate the source of the leak. The task of fixing the leak was not easy but they were determined to solve it and when they found the exact location they caused minimal disruption to the block paving driveway. On completion of the work it hard to tell they had ever been. We are very happy about the result, and many thanks to Chris and Charlie.

We had Marcus out today following on from an issue we have with our drains after “repairs” were carried out by a separate private contractor.

We explained to Marcus our issues and the works that we thought had been done by the private contractor we used when we initially had a blocked drain however the work that they carried out was done drastically wrong which we would not have known anything about if it wasn’t for Marcus thorough investigation into the issue, he carried out a full investigation into all the drainage in order to give us a clear understanding of what has gone wrong so that we can feed this back to the original contractor and explained this clearly to us, very efficient and would like to pass on my thanks for being able to make the process slightly less stressful

If only everybody was like Marcus (job no.85959) the world would be a much nicer place ! Friendly, kind and extremely professional, he has made this stressful ongoing situation feel so much better !

Katastrophaler Kundenservice – Seit Wochen keine Freigabe und absolut unerreichbar!

Ich bin absolut unzufrieden mit dem Service der Innovation Group GmbH. Mein Fahrzeug steht nun bereits seit dem 04.05. in der Werkstatt und blockiert dort alles, nur weil von Seiten der Innovation Group die nötige Reparaturfreigabe nicht erteilt wird.
​Ein Vorankommen ist nicht absehbar, da die telefonische Erreichbarkeit eine reine Katastrophe ist. Man versucht tagelang anzurufen, um den Status zu klären, aber es geht schlichtweg niemand ans Telefon. Auf diese Weise wird man als Kunde völlig im Regen stehen gelassen.
​Wer Wert auf Zuverlässigkeit, schnelle Abwicklung und eine funktionierende Kommunikation legt, ist hier definitiv an der falschen Adresse. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen!

Both declan and brendan turned up on time very clean and efficient very happy with all work carried out.

Mr Rooke did a fantastic job. He quickly identified the issue and cleared the problem. He was also very patient with me and my incessant questions. Lovely friendly chap and did a fantastic job.

Alex was polite and efficient and very professional in his approach to the work that he was carrying out for me.

The chaps did an excellent job. They arrived promptly at 8am and got on with the job. They worked hard all day. On finishing the job they matched the new concrete to the pattern that was already there. I am really pleased with the work.

Our claim started in September 2021, we were deemed to have subsidence and following a long process of monitoring we were finally told in Oct2023 we could start on the repairs. This entailed knocking the single storey extension down and rebuilding. I kept saying through out that the main house was still moving. I managed to get our 3rd repair manager out to look at the cracks. On inspection he realised they were not surface cracks. All building work was to be put on hold at this point, back to being monitored again which has shown a 30mm movement between the last old set of readings and the new. Last week I emailed asking for a plan of action by the end of this week, as I knew they had received a stabilisation scheme and all readings. I get this morning an email saying they will let the subsidence chap know all results are in, no reference at all to my email. This company are absolutely useless and have no thought for the people living in chaos. Multiple complaints have gone to the Halifax, who only 2 weeks ago upheld my previous complaint. AVOID if at all possible as 5 years after starting a claim you will still be no further forward.

The company appears to be organised and the service so far has been good and cooperative. The staff they have sent have all been polite,friendly, and respected the property. Alex was careful and tidied up when he finished his tough job.

Kev showed up this morning to sort my collapsed soil pipe, he excavated my brick drive, repaired the pipe in 3 places, the drives looks better than before as the soil pipe works perfectly now. Thank you very much Kev.

Turned up on time and despite the nature of the work and weather conditions they left the property in the same clean condition as when they arrived

Josh and Ash both charming guys explained what they where doing and shared the details of what they had seen
