The shoes are extremely comfortable and definitely worth every penny. They are my go to gym shoes! I will definitely be purchasing again. I accidentally ordered 2 pairs and will be keeping the second. That’s how good they have been!

Bought the shoes for Cross Fit since my very low drop running shoes were still difficult for balance on some of the technical weight lifting. I was worried they wouldn’t be supportive enough for running, but they are actually great for the 400ish meter repeats we do occasionally. Minor gripes: the outer toe was a bit damaged in the course of a regular WOD where I didn’t notice any obvious cause, so possibly a fabric quality issue. Also, the shoes are a bit hot on your feet so maybe not great for wearing for a long time outside of workouts. I spent a lot of time researching which shoes and brand would be best for me and I’m so glad these worked out! Highly recommend.

It is great light as air, and my siblings wants one now. But the sizing isnt be best. The size 40/9 is too exact. But one size up is large on my feet. That should be noted. I wish they had 1/4 sizes.

Love it! I have very wide feed and didn't think I would find a cross fit shoe that fit me that well. It's very comfortable, looks good, I couldn't be happier.

Incredibly comfortable, the wide toe box is a game-changer

I needed a wide toe box trainer for cardio workouts e.g. high impact circuits/aerobics as well as weights. I use Topo shoes for running but running shoes are not flexible enough for burpees, lunges etc and too bulky for agility type exercise. I thought the F-lite would be a good option. I was pleased to find a wide toe box shoe from a UK manufacturer. It is more flexible than my running shoes. It has great toe room but it is very wide on the foot and there is only a wide fit, so it is bulky still and I need to lace it tight so my foot doesn't slide inside it. The biggest problem is that it does not provide enough shock absorption for high impact activity. They feel like landing on cork rather than being bouncy. After a short session (20 minutes) that I have done loads of times before, I have developed an injury in my foot. I now need to carry on looking for a wide toe box shoe that is not too wide across the ball and arch of the foot and is suitable for high impact workouts (higher impact than running). The F-lite is great for weights, elliptical training, walking and lower impact workouts though.

I am a metcon girl. I love them and always will but my feet haven’t been happy in them for a little bit. It was causing some issues and I wanted to try a wider toe box shoe and these have changed my game. They are not a shoe I want to run 2 or more miles in at one time but they are a shoe that I want to do ALL my workouts in. I love how they feel and support and the weight is perfect. I will be buying a few other colors for rotation. Hoping for some other color options that will keep it fun. 🤩

These are super comfortable and I have a wide foot with a high arch. Over the last 10 yrs most of the shoes I've purchased have been true to size. These seam to be a little more snug. I usually get mine a half size larger because my feet are wider already so even though they were noticeably tighter they were still fine. Color scheme is great and they hold up well for strength. The only thing I would change are the laces. They come undone easily. They really a different time of lace.
