It's a shoe. Site's UX was poor, and back-and-forth with customer services regarding international export was frustrating.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us some feedback. We can see that the team have double checked your order details and confirmed that the warehouse shipped out a US Womens 10 as that was the original size ordered, but we are sorry if these were too small for you. If you have requested an exchange for your return, the team will process this once the item is back and inspected.
All the best,
The INOV8 team

Amazing shoe! I have wide feet around my toes and I have real problems finding running shoes to fit I used to run in altras bit even these are too narrow for me now. I got these in a wide fit and they are perfect, snug at the heal and wide at the toes. My dream trail shoe. Thanks inov8!

I bought the zero version for my shorter runs, and have so far found them very comfortable and well made. No complaints at all.
