Friendly, helpful staff, and a great range of products.
I visited the Bakewell store this morning and bought a pair of trainers for hiking.
The gentleman who served me was very knowledgeable on the footwear range, and extremely helpful. He allowed me to try on multiple models and sizes of trainer, and gave valuable insight into the similarities and differences between them.
He was welcoming, relaxed, and there was no hard sell on anything.
With his help I narrowed my search down to a particular model.
My shopping experience was all positive, and I look forward to breaking in my new trainers in preparation for an upcoming long-distance hike.
I have no hesitation in recommending this store.

I bought some gaiters for an Ultra raceâŠ
I bought some gaiters for an Ultra race after a recommendation to prevent grit and sand getting in my shoes. I ordered Medium, however I struggled to get them off after as the front clip goes in a slot on the shoe. Good for no grit in the heel but they donât cover the toes area. Order came promptly. Products are well made

These barefoot shoes have completely changed the way I train. My mobility has improved significantly, and I feel much more connected to the ground.
For weightlifting, they are simply the best shoes Iâve ever used. Stable, comfortable, and allowing natural foot movement.

Please note that this is not a rating of the product, but my total disappoinment that the Roclite Hiking Boots now only come in a wide fit. I have had INOV8 hiking boots for years and they have been great, so on needing to replace my old boots, INOV8 were the first choice. It is also not clear on the website that it is a wide fit, so paying the cost of return is not great. Who on earth made the bizarre decision to only do wide :(

We're sorry to hear you have been dissapointed with the fit option for the Roclite GTX products. To confirm the difference in fit against the INOV8 standard fit is 0.5cms and only featured in the toebx to allow the toes to splay during the Hike. The heel and midfoot for both Standard and wide fit reamains close fitting to keep the foot locked in place.
The decision to only offer one fit option in the hike range was made due to both product tester and previous customer feeback.
We do appreciate all customer feedback as it can only help us improve in the future, we will be sure to pass your thoughts onto the product design team.
Once again we do apologise for the dissapointment caused.
