Accurate fit and good machining on critical spares

We procured a set of submersible pump spares from Inox Pumps, mainly impellers and shaft components for a borewell unit that had performance drop issues.

The impeller dimensions were precise, and the balancing seemed well done, as vibration reduced noticeably after installation. The shaft finish and tolerance levels were also consistent, which helped avoid alignment issues during assembly. Stainless steel components showed decent surface finish with no visible defects or rough edges.

One practical advantage was that the parts did not require any rework before installation, which saved time during maintenance. Packaging was adequate to prevent transit damage, especially for machined parts.

There was a minor delay in dispatch, but the update was shared beforehand. It would help if lead times were slightly more predictable.

Overall, a reliable source for submersible pump spares when dimensional accuracy and fitment are important.
