I loved the training Women in Leadership because it gave us women the space to voice our specific concern and share our thoughts related to career, inclusivity, gender, plus feeding it back to other women made the training extremely authentic and unique for me. I found the training very inspiring and stimulating and although there was a lot of group- and partnerwork, it really was so important to do in order to realise and reflect on oneself in an environment.

The entire programme was well thought-out and mindfully delivered. Our facilitator had depth of knowledge and experience in the subject areas we covered and I would highly recommend this course to others!

The Director's Development programme offers a great baseline for aspiring and new directors. The trainers are very knowledgeable and deliver the content at the right pace in an engaging and interactive way. Very enjoyable.

Really enjoyed the course material and all sessions were well presented.

Person who was running the course (Charlie Lambert) was fantastic, lots of knowledge and it was ran in great way (interactive and lost of facts). Place was spot on, very close to tube station. And food was very good!

Attended the Women in Leadership course on 18/03/25 and thoroughly enjoyed the content and the facilitator Louise Rodriguez who did a fantastic job. The course really made me think about inspiring others and to also include everyone regardless of background, which resonated so well with me... lead by example from the top the down.

This was a great 3 day course, online with 3 others - all from very different professional backgrounds which was fabulous as everyone brought a different perspective. The content was very thorough and covered all expectations of the NED role, some of which were:
a) Companies Act 2006, Corporate and ethical governance with examples discussed on recent successes and failures.
b) Finance - great overview and really what I wanted- as was a refresher in terms of how to interpret annual account / sign off process with focus on Financial KPI's stakeholders and how to spot signs of failure.
c) Leadership and Culture - fabulous and engaging session on this

Our tutors, Stewart and Mel were fabulous, very engaging, lots of breakout sessions and made the 3 days very enjoyable, and informative.
Lots of good reading material recommended during the 3 days.
Would recommend for anyone considering getting into the world of an NED.

A necessary course for directors. Everyone stepping into directorship should attend this programme. Everything from the legal aspects of being a director to the fundamental elements of running a business are covered. I throughly enjoyed this programme and highly recommend it.

Excellent content, trainer and training cohort. The online week was most effective.

I recently attended the Directors’ Development Programme Accelerator, and it was well worth the time. The content was structured in a way that made complex topics easy to understand, and the facilitators were knowledgeable and engaging. There was a good balance between theory and practical application, with plenty of real-world insights that I could take away and apply to my business.

The opportunity to connect with other professionals in similar roles was also a great bonus.

Overall, a well-run programme that I’d recommend to anyone looking to sharpen their leadership, finance, marketing and strategic thinking.

It was a very informative 4 days with plenty to think about, I also provides some interesting tools to help with managing and maintaining changes in the business.

There was much information given on the managing director's role in a great enviornment by an experienced trainer and professional. Andy Bates gave an excellent 2-day training on the role of the managing director.

the understand at a deeper level the principles and process of s strategic leader was insightful, though provoking. the work on personal development relied on me reflecting on myself and my direction which i have not done for a period of time, this gave me the chance to re-assess my life and where my goals are.
