Liv on site each day made it run super smooth and was always there to help. The content and delivery style of all the tutors was second to none and the take away from the training week was well worth it!

Great course to give you a good overview of what the role as a director in any type or size of business actually means and you walk away with the tools on how to navigate throughout. Some instructors of course better than others, but that is also always a personal preference.

I think for the level of depth and material covered, the price is really reasonable also.

I really enjoyed the senior leadership course I attended last week. We had a great trainer, content and group.

Really enjoyed the L7 Coaching. Great course, great tutor, met lots of like minded people in the group. The experience made me feel much more confident about delivering coaching and encouraging contributions and ideas from others.

The course gave me an opportunity to view the workplace from a strategic and talent management point of view. It was refreshing to take time out from the workplace and enjoy the company of other organisations.

This programme was very well organised. Erin was extremely helpful and communicated well.

Having recently completed the Directors Development Programme Accelerator - Split Delivery course, I cannot recommend it highly enough. The material was relevant to my my requirements and the instructors were very knowledgeable & engaging. Delivery over Zoom meant that I could still be present in the office and oversee my business between sessions.

Kerry delivered the course and was amazing. For a 4-day online course she maintained interest throughout and kept everyone onboard as she went along.
The pace of the course was excellent with masses of content but a good mix of theory, case study examples and group work.
It looks like there is lots of support for the ongoing assignments towards the CMI Level 7 award.

Very engaging instructor, really good examples and methods used rather than PowerPoint of the slides. Covered everything and all questions answered in a way you could understand and not be a financial wiz.

I attended the DDP Module - Finance For Non-Finance Directors course on the 7th November 2024 and found this course to be very informative and educational. The tutor was excellent at explaining finance management principles and taught the whole course really well. The reading list recommendations and course handouts were also really helpful. The team at In Professional Development provided great customer service from start to finish and are a very warm and professional. Overall great experience and I would recommend this course.

What an amazing course (I am already looking at other courses to take)! All women should try and take advantage and go on this course. This course is not only for women in Management, but women who are leaders (direct or indirect). The helps you to navigate through this world (corporate, engineering, tech, public sector, any type of work) with more confidence and learn how to form and build a strong network of allies and like minded people. You also learn how to confront 'challenging / courageous conversations', how to apply strategic thinking and so much more.

The course is extremely insightful and I will take a lot of the tools learned and apply them to both my professional career as well as my personal life. It is also worth mentioning that Victoria (course facilitator) is one of the most inspirational and brave people I have ever met. I wanted to bring her home with me.

The women on this course were phenomenal and inspiring and gave me a clear vision that I am not alone in some of my own struggles in my industry.

Because of this course, I am now taking the steps to get chartered through CMI.

Please, please, please go on this course ladies... you will not regret it.

This course was delivered by knowledgeable and engaging tutors to enhance skills in driving strategic change and improving organisational effectiveness.

The course covers a comprehensive range of topics, including the fundamentals of organisational development and the application of various models to assess and enhance organisational performance. I found the course to be interactive and interesting.
The sessions were delivered online and included group work and self-directed learning, all designed to provide practical knowledge and real-world applications. It was particularly useful to learn alongside other HR Professionals.

I would highly recommend this course.
