I have recently attended the Advanced Strategic Planning for Directors course held in London. The pre course material, venue and facilitator El were all brilliant and very slick. The trainer James was very knowledgable and experienced with a style of delivery that really worked for me. I would highly recommend IPD.

This course was well planned, well delivered and the content gave a solid foundation for the coaching and mentoring skills needed to be effective when putting them into practice. I'd highly recommend it.

I was on the Senior Leadership Training programme in July, and I couldn't have had a more positive experience! William's teaching was excellent, and the class size was perfect—often, training can either feel too isolated with only 1 or 2 people in the class or all too crowded, but in this case, there were enough people to interact with while also feeling like it was very personal. I would highly recommend this to anyone considering InPD as a training provider.

Brilliant course - I hope to do more in the future

I attended the Non-Executive Director Development Programme and I have to say I was impressed. The training was given in such a conversational style that we (our small cohort of nine) felt able to discuss, question, and add to the content at any stage. The first two days concentrated on governance, responsibilites and legal - all of it interesting. The third day took a completely different turn - not "what you do" but "who you are" as a NED. A wonderful group conversation about leadership, strategy, skills and change management. To be honest, I'm sad it finished. This course has given me a very good grounding of the NED role on the board. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

Just finished the non-executive directors course this past week. Very informative. Filled in some of the gaps required for functional excellence in this role. I would recommend the course to anyone considering this path.

Having booked and paid for the Non Executive Programme I advised the company in May that I was unable to make the july dates due to circumstances out of my control. I asked to be rescheduled to another group. the only way they would do it was for me to swap with someone else (not possible) or pay half the fees again to reschedule.
despite telling them that neither were viable options they continued to send me automated emails including asking for a review of the programme which I didn’t undertake. so my feedback would be to be more flexible and indeed more personal. I am therefore unable to recommend this company unfortunately

We had an exceptional experience with Stuart and Mel, whose expertise and passion for the subject were evident in every session. They were not only knowledgable but also patient and approachable, making complex concept easy to understand. Also a huge thank you to Liv who did such an amazing job with the preparations for the course and organising us throughout the course.

Great presentation and slides. Lots of information but delivered in a way which wasn't overwhelming.

I did the Leadership & Management CMI Level 5 training at the beginning of July 24. All of the training content was really relevant and valuable, but most imporantly was brought to live by the knowledgeable trainer Darya and the real life experiences and challenges of the participants. Would highly recommend for anyone in a Manager/ Leadership position.

Strategic Approaches to Environmental, Social and Governance Programme
This course was very enjoyable and eye opening. This is a great course for sustainability and learning techniques to help assist your company.

I recently had the pleasure of attending the In Professional Development Senior Leadership Programme. From start to finish the course was insightful, informative and transformative for my professional development.

The course content was rich and varied, covering essential topics such as strategy, understanding emotional intelligence and change management. Each module was tailored to the audience's requirements and the delivery provided a great balance of theoretical foundations and practical applications.

One of the standouts of the course was the quality of the facilitator. Pierson was not only knowledgeable but also passionate about the course content. His ability to convey complex concepts in an engaging manner was truly impressive. Trainers great, especially Mel - lots of useful content and frameworks, trainers who had worked in industry and knew their stuff, engaging case studies and assets / knowledge that can be used immediately that I am back at work.

The team were incredible from start to finish, friendly, appreciative and approachable to my every need and questions.
