Print Quality feels lower and cheap than expected

I recieved 3 pieces of art and I honestly have to say that I'm rather disapointed to say the least. The quality feels cheap like the color will come off if I ran my fingers across it. Also the printing itself seems rather fuzzy like it was printed below 300ppi(the average for printing digital art) I personally do not know the inner workings between an artist selling the print and inprint themselves but overall Im not impressed. I also take issue with the fact that even though I ordered an 8x11" print, the actually art doesnt go all the way to the edge or even as close as possible to the edge as it comes out with a near 2" white border.

The site automatically ensures all prints adhere to 300 DPI printing minimum, so we want to look into the artwork file to see what may be causing the issue. Please note that product pages note that all prints include a 1" margin and the size listed is the sheet size. This is also included on the product mockup.

Running behind promised schedule

Today was the last day of the quoted 5-7 business days for standard production of a print.

Had I known that was an inaccurate time frame, I would have either paid for expedited production and shipping or gone to another vendor that is comparable or lower in price than INPRNT, that would have delivered on their quoted time line.

I'm waiting for my print (that will arrive after the holiday I purchased it for) and will update once received.

In my experience in project management, and customer experience, always over estimate production times by about 10% so you don't end up looking like liars or false advertising.

Incredible quality prints. 14 years commercial videographer and photographer and I’ve never encountered such quality on a print. Absolutely flawless. The customer service somehow upholds that same standard. I had a small issue that was completely my fault and they handled it as if it was theirs. 100/10 would purchase from this company. Thank you guys for all you do.

Paid extra, received nothing

I purchased a print in Dec 12, 2025 and paid extra shipping fee (~18 USD) to have it delivered to Italy as soon as possible.
After 15 days during which the print was apparently stuck in Florida, I contacted the customer service and they kindly provided me with updates and new tracking URLs.
However, nothing changed: the item is now stuck in Germany since Dec 26, 2025, and the print I paid extra fee for is not here.
I'm sorry, because I think this bad service is detrimental to local artists wanting to sell their own works worldwide, and very annoying to anyone willing to buy them.

Would 100% recommend!!

The customer service was VERY friendly and understanding due to shipping complications.
I would always be informed about any further delays and/or issues.

This made our communication much more comfortable.

The canvas is looking exactly like the sample online. It also has good quality!

Therefore I would definitely buy here again!!

Had to shut down my shop.

*Update..... issue resolved.... very happy with the team support. Thank you ♥️....

I am a small artist. Made around $400 from Inprnt over this year. So, I recently ordered one test print from my shop. took 26 days to deliver (ordered on 11 oct 25 - delivered on 7 Nov 25). but that's not the problem. I'm a patient person... but I'm not happy with the Quality. it's all Blurry .. not printed properly. the borders are not even. the packaging is basic... I can ignore everything but the print quality. very bad... for clearance I have used the same file on a local print shop. that came out wayyy better than this .... in fact I just got some fine art test from a studio... those are on another level .... I can easily open a personal print shop, but the availability of my prints would be limited.

I contacted the inprnt support... they replied with those generic reply "this should not happen we use this this this for printing"... they asked for a photo... so I shared a photo with side-by-side comparison... and the difference is very clear. but never got any reply.

I have Friend from US. he had the same experience... he did a little comparison and turned out his cheap office print can print better with right paper.

Still I'm giving it an another chance...InPrnt helped me a lot... I would be always grateful for them... that why i never mentioned this on my social media handles.... so I really hope this turn out a onetime issue... so uploaded the recent artwork at the highest resolution possible, RBG, Tiff... let's see how it will come out.... This will decide my decision of continuing with inprnt.

- Our team is still awaiting your reply to our request on November 6th asking for additional photos.

- Your order was placed on October 11th and shipped October 13th. It looks like your country took awhile to clear the shipment for delivery. Unfortunately that is outside of our control.

- It does not look like your store was closed and there is a new order from you on 11/26 that is currently being printed.

We're always happy to help! We encourage you to reply to our ticket so we can assist you with file prep and ensuring that your prints match what you expect from your images via soft proofing.

Good quality

This is a USA based company but even so delivery only took 10 days here to the UK, the quality of the prints looks very good indeed. Would definitely use this company again.

Expensive small artwork

I recently bought this ‘poster’ artwork for my friend for a Secret Santa gift and when I received it the artwork was SO SMALL??? I get that I selected the smallest size but seriously it was the size of a birthday card (A6 paper size).

What disappointed me was that I waited around 2-3 weeks for this and I even paid $43.41 AUD for this??? That was another thing because on the website it said it would be $15.30 but then it changed to around $20-$30 due to shipping. THEN when I looked at my bank account it deducted $43.41 BECAUSE IT WAS IN USD. Not only that but it also charged me $1.30 for conversion fee so my actual total was $44.71. Next time, I suggest the website specifies what currency is being used because this was a BIG jump from what I would usually pay for an artwork, let alone an extremely small one.

The worst part was that I had gone overbudget for my Secret Santa gift and it’s very mediocre. Now I have to take out MORE money from my wallet so that I can make it somewhat nice.

Although the quality of the artwork was nice and I got the artwork eventually, it’s unlikely for me to buy here again as it’s overpriced.

Tarde y sobre coste

El paquete ha tardado cinco meses en llegar y por que lo tuvimos que reclamar. Y nos dijeron que habia sido devuelto y que si queriamos que nos lo devolvieran tendriamos que pagar nosotros los cosates de aduanas de nuevo. Eso fueron unos 17 dólares más. Muy descontentos

Hit or miss quality, but helpful customer support at least

I've ordered from them several times now for large acrylic, metal, and canvas prints. The prints are done in a timely fashion and shipped with great protective packaging, but I've noticed the quality isn't consistent.

The first time I ordered from them about a year ago was an acrylic print, which came with chipped edges and trapped dust (or air bubbles) inside the print. Fortunately, customer support was very helpful and I eventually received a good replacement. I ordered two more metal prints this past June. One of them looked perfect, while the other had a long hairline scratch near the bottom. I didn't contact support for this since it wasn't really noticeable at a distance.

My most recent order was for a metal and canvas print in August. The metal print had a dent near the bottom and the canvas print was misaligned. Customer support was kind and sent replacements for both, but the replacement canvas was even more misaligned than the first. Customer support did say they would look into it (it's been a couple weeks and I haven't heard back yet), but I don't really want another replacement at this point as I feel like it'll just have problems again.

It's a shame I have problems nearly every time I order - the colors and print clarity are great otherwise. A lot of artists I follow only sell with INPRNT so I don't have any alternatives if I want to buy their artwork! Maybe my expectations are just too high??

Support was very helpful - really appreciated the assistance. LOVE my prints (‘Wish’ by Jason Chan & ‘Full Moon Service’ by Erik Johansson) - the quality & how the colors came out are just beautiful!

I’ve been ignored by INPRNT for over…

I’ve been ignored by INPRNT for over three weeks after sending multiple support inquiries, using both their support contact form and direct email. Zero response. If they can’t be bothered to answer basic questions, why should artists or customers trust them? Completely unacceptable.
